After Five Coffee - Taman Connaught, Cheras — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Ever since I ordered After Five's coffee from Grab, I fell in love with their A5 Signature immediately. This small coffee shop used to be next to a petrol station, but they've since upgraded to a shop that's nestled within an optometrist in Connaught, Cheras.

While I do enjoy their A5 Signature the most, other drinks like their Iced Mocha that has almost "75% dark chocolate" according to the staff, and their Tea-Espresso series are also worth a try. I must say, I am obsessed with their coffee and it's certainly my go-to. The staff are friendly and greet you warmly no matter the time of the day. You'll also get a loyalty stamp card where you can get a free milk upgrade or a free drink dependent on how many stamps you get.

A Must-Visit Pop-Up Café at Shell!

If you’re in Cheras, you’ve got to check out this unique café that’s popped up at a car wash center within the Shell petrol station. I’ve been hearing great things about No Nice to Five since their early days, and it’s exciting to see them set up temporarily here. They started off as a randomly popping up wherever they went, even at a condo, and now they’ve landed in this cool spot.

Their coffee is as unique as the café itself—definitely worth a try. Don’t miss out on their teapresso, which is a delightful twist on your usual tea, and their bagel ball, which is simply awesome! It’s the perfect place to chill while your car gets a wash.

Discovered a hidden café kiosk at Shell Connaught with a very inviting and friendly tauke. Tried their RM11.90 combo set, which includes a mini bagel and a hot white coffee. The coffee was impressively smooth, but the bagel texture wasn’t quite to my liking. I think it could be improved with the option of a savory cream cheese filling.
