Just wanted to share you my experience for the past few years of being a loyal customer to this brunch and most of the staff working there and I may not know their name but I familiar with their faces but what I’m trying to say is that for was totally unsatisfied with the service . To me I’ve been visiting this shop 2 or 3 times per week not all customer will come to the shop that often for their cakes and tea and sometimes wine with my Bunch of friends. I’ve been bring countless friends to this branch to hav our desserts and they all love it . What I’m trying to say is that the staff is not friendly at all and they always show sour faces and the worst part is they never offer hot water refill to my tea and if I ask for hot water refill they show their sour faces and yet I’m still kind to them and smile and when I left the shop we all say thank you some of the staff respect say thank you to use but there is this guy in black shirts supervisor or manger not a word from his mouth greeting or smiling when we left I notice it for quite some time but today I guess it’s just the day I wanting to vent out my frustration. It’s RUDE ! I do works in this f&b industry years back and I always welcome my customer and be attentive to them and being friendly to all the customers and yet to my loyal customer . The treatment I get from this is sour and unfriendly faces . Giving me the look of oh it’s you again . To tell you upfront I’m not a fussy customer to begin with if I’m fussy I won’t be going to this brunch for the past few years and yet said 2 to 3 times a week . Just recently I stop going to the brunch and few months later I’m her again and yet giving me the those attitude . Please if you are the manger or owner of this shop please advice your staff that customer service is the top priority and people will come and continue recommending others to come visit...

First off, this is a review on their delivery service and not dine-in.
Tucked away in the heart of Bangsar a contemporary bistro serving both Italian and local food, priding itself on its service, music & entertainment leaving us yearning to visit once the existing restrictions ease.
Service: We placed the order via a third party app which was pretty straight forward.
Packaging: Packed snug in a paper take away box with a plastic window to tickle your taste buds though it was masked by a sheen of water droplets from the condensation. The seductive scent of the lamb did however make its way out of the box.
✅ Grilled Lamb Cutlets (RM 89)
Taste: The lamb was a little undercooked and slightly rubbery which was fixed with a quick blast of the microwave. Having been marinated in za’atar spices consisting of oregano, thyme, marjoram & a dash of sumac gave it much flavour, masking the gamy smell & taste. Finished with a sprinkled of toasted sesame seeds giving it a refreshing crunch. The accompanying garden fresh vegetables wasn’t overcooked and gave the dish much colour. It was seasoned beautifully & we suspect was fried in the meat jus absorbing all the wonderful flavours.
Price: Reasonable 🙆🏻♀️
Recommended? Serving a perfect done-ness for meat in a delivery is quite a tricky affair as it tends to arrive either under or over done. Thankfully the meat was undercooked as it was quickly remedied with the microwave. Had it been overdone, there would be no turning back. Given the explosion of flavours, all was forgiven 🙆🏻♀️
