I've been twice to this branch. Even you will see long Q outside but it wont take you long to wait. There will always place for you to sit in just 5-10 minutes of waiting. Staff are well mannered even though some of them are not local. They're so polite and always smiling at you. Once you sit, you will be entertained right away. They will served what you require and come back asking if you need more. Not to mentioned about the food, especially on the choices of meat that you can get UNLIMITED. Just request how much you need, they will definitely give. If some of you were not getting the same experience, to me you are not the kind of human with patient. Go to other place that require for self service and self ordering. You're not suite to be at place with table service. I love to eat here. I came few times already. The staff very friendly and well managed all the table. Eventho i came on weekend and peak hour, i still can have place to seat. All the staff doing their job very well. Im not agree if other customer complaint about the service here. I came here many time and lastest on 22 June 2024. All the staff also always come and check whether i want to top up some meat or not. One of the staff name Mr Haiman was the one who very friendly and help me to mix the viral souce. He also always come and check every food are restock or not. He is one of the good example of staff you need to maintain and groom well. Other staff also excellent. They clean up all the table fast after customer left. You guys need to maintained this service for your good customer experience.
