The food is actually pretty decent. My low rating is specifically towards their service especially for me as the first timer to the restaurant. I arrived at the shop with no crowd and I'm the second table in the house. We had their menu and being waited for ten minutes to order the food as we are not being provided with the QR code for scan and order and I reached out to the one and only female service crew to request for order and was being treated pretty impatient with angry face replied : Scan order. Okay, I'm good with it as I started to realise the QR code is missing and the lady boss came over to quickly pass us the QR code for order.
Upon arrival of our food, I requested for chili to the same female service crew and was being treated - once again, with an angry face. Maybe she don't undestand my request when I spoke in Malay, but Cili in Malay and Chili in English do sound the same for me 🤔 She consistently passed by our table looking at me with a pair of rude eyes. Hmm, I didn't expect for an apology as I didn't understand my numerous requests as a first timer to their restaurant kinda irritate her as I only request for her service since she's the only female crew available in the house.

Read moreMy all-time favourite Thai comfort food. I just don't understand why this place doesn't get more customers. It was completely empty when I was here on a weekday dinner time.
The moo ping (bbq pork skewers) were absolute heaven, so tender and juicy and bursting with umami. The basil minced pork rice was delicious too, the right balance of spicy and salty. And with a fried egg on top of your fragrant white rice, this is the perfect meal.
I love their Thai milk tea as well, although it was a little bit too sweet for me.
💯 would recommend Boran to anyone looking for Thai food. Especially if you're alone or not looking for family-style Thai food, since the food here are served in...
Read moreI’ve always see this brand or heard of it, just never try before. And today I was nearby Kuchai dk what to eat and pop in. For those who judge the menu at first sight and think it’s nothing great you’ll change you view after trying. I had the tomyum marinated chic chop rice (abt 17 bucks, no 10% and no 6%). The portion is real huge!!!! Even the sides came with it, you’ll never see any place serve this portion with this kind of price! But the buttermilk tomyum sauce abit lacking the Tom yum kick! Other than that it’s all worth it…I didn’t manage to take a pic of it cos my phone died. If this restaurant is somewhere nearby office...
