HELLO Coffea Coffee Malaysia, I want to make a big complaint about your manager, who is a very thin Malay guy, who is serving as a cashier at Sunway 163 outlet at 4:25pm. This manager is working exactly at this time, and you all can investigate him based on my receipt later. There are several reasonings and complaints thga he is not even fit or suitable to be a manager.
First and foremost, I randomly walk in as a customer to decide which frappe drink that I wanted to take. Instead of waiting of my final decision for which drink I am taking, he told me very directly that there are customer behind. This immediately had given me the impression that he wanted to rush to do the payment or rush so that I can decide which drink to take. Is this the appropriate way to treat your customers? His tone is too direct and you just cannot tell off customer like that, as if you are rushing them.
Next, to make the matter even worse, I asked him whether is there any job vacancy for the position of barista at this particular outlet. He told me that there is indeed an empty vacancy for it, but he told me off that he needed someone that can really committed to work well. I told him I had worked in a coffee shop before and he asked me for the reason I left. I told him the reason and he straight away just turn me down like that. I asked him whether will he consider my application, and he straight away say no, he said it was because from the way I talk to him, he knew very well that I am not a suitable and reliable staff to work with. Excuse me? I am just visiting as a random customer and just an acquaintance, and I was hoping I can ask for a vacancy for barista knowing very well the place have a very nice ambience. Based oreason that I left my previous job, he can just predict and assume that I am not a suitable worker? That's very bad and inappropriate. I have to make this very big complaint, because you cannot just reject a passer by customer just like that, with intention of greeting a job. His way of rejecting me as a customer is too harsh and it is exmely ridiculous.
Therefore, Coffea Coffee having such an unprofessional manager around, will only further proves how inefficient and inappropriate the culture and management is, and most importantly, the way you deal with your customers and also what and how you say it in the most proper and polite tone to your customers. Because very clearly and it is very obvious that this thin Malay guy manager is being too passive aggressive, harsh, arrogant and rude to turn me down a job vacancy just like that. To make it the extremely WORST, while he was serving me at the cashier, not only he was very impatient by telling me off that behind there is customer waiting, and no mat ticular Sunway 163 outlet is not going to do anything about this serious matter, then I will bring this up further even more with anything possible ways that I can think of. Coffea Coffee must give a big warning to this thin Malay guy manager, he doesn't even have the flare to be a frontliner okay? Let alone a manager. How can you allow someone at the top position with extremely cocky, arrogant and passive aggressive kind of atttitife towards your customers? If this continues, then I am very sure all of your customers will definitely run away. Then this Coffea Coffee can also "STAY". YOU ALL CAN REALLY STAY WITH THE RATE THAT YOU ALL ARE GOING.
The attached is the evidence of the time and drink being ordered at Sunway 163 outlet. I hope the entire team will investigate into this matter very seriously and take it as a big deal. I also hope to get a favourable reply from you all SOON. REFLECTION OR FIRE HIM Hopefully all the customers will leave as well, because their entire te didn't even greet whenever customers walk into the store. Before he ended my conversation, he asked if there's anything else and I said nothing. He said is there anything else and I said nothing. He said thank you. I seriously don't need his pretentious thank you if it is not genuine...

Thought it would be someplace like the S brand which offers very typical dishes and pastries. Surprisingly to know, this Coffea Coffee offers a wide range choice of food, including pasta, breakfast, and sandwiches. And, there is a myriad of choices for food too.
Ordered the chicken breast sandwich and the strawberry yogurt. Would rate a 5/5 for the sandwiches. Only that the sourdough is way too hard to bite =) but overall still a perfect match with chicken breast and egg.
Ambient-wise, I believe those who love cafe would love...

Nice scenery to unwind before starting your activities, well if you love buildings and seeing pedestrian movements and buses.
Coffee is strong yet the additional ingredients give a nice kick to the flavour (I forgot whether it was peanut butter). I’m pretty sure darker coffee lovers would adore, but for slightly sweet lovers this is a good blend. The sandwich was above average! And I loved it being fresh and hot! Only critique is the whole combo with mushrooms and all may have made the structure a little too moist. Otherwise is great!
It’s one of those rare coffee shops open before 8am (I arrived around 8+). Definitely come here if you’re a...
