When we first came here the food and service was great since it was supervised by the owner. The bibimbap lunch set had a lot of ingredients and we were sure that this will be our go-to place for a good Korean fix.

However that quickly changed after 1-2 months after they opened. I once again ordered the bibimbap lunch set and to my dissapointment and surprise there was a drastic change in the number of ingredients. There was only a pathetic amount of cucumbers, carrots, beansprouts, seaweed a (with no spinach or other greens) probably only a of tablespoon of minced beef. (See the dissapointing picture in this review) Shocked by the amount shown, I asked the waiter to check whether there was a mistake in the kitchen, but since all the workers there barely spoke any English, it took a while for them to understand my concern. They took it back to the kitchen, and 30 mins later, they served me the same exact serving size of all the toppings. We were not making a scene but I was definitely showing my dissapointment, while the female owner just sat at her table without a care.

Note that I will not visit this place again, and neither should you. The lack of attention to their customers...

Visited 28/8/22 at early dinner time . Minimum order for BBQ is 2 sets. Tried the Sliced beef & Pork Rib. Pork rib is marinated in which taste good. Sliced beef is alright , you may request for medium rare , but if you do not request, the staff definitely will make it well done for you . Even when you request you wan medium rare , they are still grilling it. Lol .. so do monitor yourself what you prefer. Staffs are friendly I would say so. Customer service wise I think is alright . Side dishes that come with the BBQ wasn’t really impress , I don’t like the kimchi & others like bean sprout , pumpkin, & etc are just averagely. BBQ meat is worth the try. Toppoki (Rice cake) is nice . You may request less spicy if you can’t take too spicy. They have free flow ice cream, just need to help yourself. Business quite good though during weekend. At last they do have reservation & would like to clear table for those had already finish their meal & would request customer to make a move if they could make it available for the next customer. Great food, but service could use improvement

I visited this restaurant recently with a friend, and while the food was delicious, we had a bit of an uncomfortable experience with the service.

When we placed our order, the waiter, who was wearing a mask, was hard to hear due to the music playing and the staff cleaning nearby. We couldn’t fully catch what he was saying, so when he repeated our order, we still had some trouble understanding. Instead of clarifying politely, the waiter seemed impatient and made a "tsk" sound, which felt a little rude and added to the frustration of not being able to hear properly.

I completely understand that communication can be challenging in a busy setting, but a bit more patience and understanding would have made the experience much more pleasant.

Overall, the food was great, but I hope the staff can work on improving communication and being more patient with customers. It would definitely make a big difference in creating a more...
