Super excellent Hong Kong style dim sum. Had the Hong Kong style shrimp dumpling (港式大虾卖), big and fresh and juicy prawn. Wonton noodle with Char siu is super good. The noodle is thin, just nice and it's nice to bite. Char siu is juicy and meat easily melt in mouth. The wonton noodle soup is good. Environment cossy and comfortable, waitress is friendly and fast in response when missing one order of shrimp dumpling. The pan fried radish carrot(煎萝卜糕) is good, nicely fried!

Comfortable place with highly attentive aunties around to serve you. Quite a family friendly setup, with good food varieties for everyone. However, the food taste is quite standard, not much of a surprise. Starter of Chinese style cucumber and 'saliva chicken' is tasty. But nonetheless, it's a good place for a quick yumcha or lite meal in the afternoon.

Waited 30 mins for a bowl of red bean tong sui. After I told the waiter that it’s taking too long and I had to leave, they put it in a container and shockingly the container isn’t even 75% filled. It’s RM12++ for this 40% filled container of red bean tong sui. I asked the waiter if this is the normal portion provided if we dine in, he said yes.

I came here twice, once in a large group and the other time with a small group, and both visits were equally awful. Note that all the experiences I'm about to share occurred during both visits, so it's not a mere coincidence or the workers having a bad day.

First off, is every single staff member deliberately trained to be rude and haughty? As I entered the restaurant and walked to my seat, I had to step aside for the waiter (apparently, it’s not the other way around), and she even clicked her tongue at me as she passed. When we reached our seats, we noticed a few rice grains stuck to the chairs, and we had to clean them ourselves because the waiters, despite having nothing to do and just standing around, couldn’t be bothered to attend to us. They were too busy chatting amongst themselves and glaring at everyone around them. When they finally did acknowledge us though, they rushed us twice to finish our meals because they "had to close soon". It wasn’t even 9pm yet, and 4-5 tables were still occupied. On one occasion, one of the older female workers even had the audacity to make a shooing motion with her hands as soon as we were done eating.

But wait, that was far from the only unpleasant aspect of the whole experience. The environment was disgusting—our table and cutlery were greasy and dirty, and of course, requesting a change seemed like a ridiculous demand to the waiters. As for the food, while it tasted quite good, some of the dishes were too oily, and all the portions were considered small for the high prices they charge. I will never return and would not recommend this...

Think WISELY before you visit

Visit last Sunday, total 11 of us,no larger table available so we had to separated to 3 tables.

FIRST - I ordered polo bun ori, handed order sheet to a young lady, then she return and talk to me this way , POLO BUN is SOLD out,I’m not sure whether the guy didn’t inform clear or he did but you NEVER LISTEN . I was so shocked, she is so RUDE , she even roll her eyes after I switched to something else !

SECOND - Order two honey lemon , serve one without honey , but the lady insisted with honey , excuse me , we are not blind , that’s totally 2 different color !

THIRD - Char Siew , Roasted pork all served cool and can’t even bite it 🥲

FOURTH - 2 noodles taken 40 minutes, even my clay pot chicken, sweet and sour pork , 3 fried rices , dim sum are served and some are finished . Best part , asking few times about both , answer SAME , in process ???? Order beef noodles, but end up after long waiting simply serve wanton mee soup ???? Beef noodle sold out nvr inform, they don’t even admit their mistakes !!!! Fried pork chop wantan mee , wantan mee with pork chop yes , but without fried ?????? I’m totally get it “ Photo for illusions only “ , “ illusion with bread crumbs “ but actually not 😂 Just a “ naked “ pork chop with some seasoning powder on top

CONCLUSION - Staffs are rude !! Food so so !! You will heart attack when they collect plate/bowl . If you think you can handle it...

I was contemplating whether to order the siu yoke rice or the pork chop rice with curry sauce. I choose the later.

To be honest, I was a little dissapointed when I receive the plate of rice. The pork chop looks unappetising and dry. Once you bite into it, the taste and texture of the pork is OK. Tender but still a little dry. I would have given it 3 of 5 stars.

I guess it would had been better if I ordered the siu yoke rice which the table next to me ordered. But that will be a story for next time.

The milk tea is good with strong tea flavour and the milk coffee is also good. Both is milky and smooth and I enjoyed it very much.

The siu mai is good also. Coming to the table piping hot with steam in the steaming basket. It is well seasoned and tasty.

The highlight for me is the custard polo bun. I wanted to try their char siu polo bun it was sold out. So is their butter polo bun. It did not dissapoint as the bun case piping hot also with the centre steaming when you open the bun. This item totally redeem itself and I was happy ending the meal on a high with this custard wonder.

Do try their food and I hope that they can improve their dish. Maybe do a better job at presenting the dish with some salad rather than 2 slice of cucumber.

I will be back for the siu yoke next time. Hopefully that is good too as I am really particular about my siu...
