I have worse experience at here.
First thing first, i am supporter of this restaurant and keep promo to friends even my friend say their noodle is overpriced.
I sit at corner and always ignore by their staff. After i try to get attention few times, I direct go to their counter and get so rude response. To be fair, it is because they are so busy but don’t think can treat customer like that. My friend requested one small plate and the waiter show us some face look like we are requesting some weird thing.
I choose this restaurant due to their mee is so nice but this branch’s mee is not nice as other branch. Same reason, they cannot afford full house customer at the same time and food quality drop too.
To be fair, i feel good about how they manager handle my feedback. Not because they give me some free drink or some discount, to be honest i am not care about it. I can feel like they really respect my complain and keep apologize to us and i accept it. You know, Malaysia’s restaurant normally won’t acknowledge their fault after customer feedback and keep explain not their fault. But this manager really did a well job.
Besides that, i have cash to pay parking ticket. Their staff is so friendly to assist me split my RM 50 to few RM 10 and RM 5. It can prove that, their service is good but crowd make their service quality drop.
I will come again and give them a chance but not at crowded...
Read more2nd visit Ordered their pork chop rice and the pork chop taste so much better than the last pork chop I had at Uncle Don's
This was well-marinated, juicy and has a balanced amount of fats which gives it the 'succulent' texture. Although the pork chop was comparatively better than the one I previously had, this meal was just okay for me and nothing extraordinary 😆😆😆
Meals here I find are actually quite pricey as the sets are rather simple dishes. Not the first time I have said so but I was looking for something warm and filling so ended up here. Also being greedy and added on their 'Keelung Fried Tempura' cos it's cheaper as an add-on to your main meal. Didn't know what it was but turned out to be fried fish cakes. A bit generic but flavourful so it was alright I guess - not gonna repeat order in the future though.
1st visit Feeling like having something Chinese and wholesome this came here after passing by the place numerous times and seeing a queue. Ordered their noodles to try since it was what they are famous for. Didn't feel like having anything fried so chose the teriyaki chicken. Both the noodles and chicken were nothing to shout about tbh. The only good thing is that they let us choose the noodles portion - I chose lesser cos can't finish. Price was definitely on higher side comparatively with other places which serve...
Read moreThe waitress told us beforehand that the noodles would take 20 minutes to cook so glad that they informed us beforehand or else I would've been hangry at that point. Seating area was fine but I sat near the tables where the an viet restaurant was at and I somewhat felt hot? So, I don't recommend sitting that area.
Menu is ordered through QR code and when you pay for the food there is a phone number membership system where you input your phone number on the cashier's phone (placed on the counter for you to enter it) to ger points. Don't worry, there is no details you have to put in aside from phone no.)
I ordered these set of noodles for RM17.90 (without tax) which is fine and this restaurant does offer a least one refill if you order the chew-chew noodles set. (Only the noodles btw, rice does not count.) So get your money's worth compared to other menu options that are on the more pricey side like the fried chicken.
Taste wise, it's alright, it is made what it's supposed to do. Quite a lot of meat. No issues with food at all, would recommend pouring some of the soup to the noodles for more flavor or keep your noodles from keeping cold.
Overall, still alright but definitely can improve in some parts like waiting time and...
