I am disappointed with the service I received from your three female staff (malay) members during my recent visit on 2 Aug 2024. The staff members were not helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. They displayed a lack of knowledge about the system and were unsure how to handle it. When asked questions, they were unable to provide clear answers and did not offer any assistance. Additionally, the system was slow, causing further delays and frustration. As a result, I decided to cancel my order breakfast and leave.

Ahhhh Zus Coffee one of my favourite places for a nice and delicious coffee! I didn't expect that Zus Coffee would be here at Velocity Mall. Definitely the best (and closest) Coffees that I could get when I'm on my break.
