I was here for Valentine's Day Dinner. The food is amazing. But I have to give 2 stars due to the poor customer service and bad table service. Basic customer service and table service is for all Waiters to know when to serve Appetizers, Mains and Dessert; and when to provide cutleries to customer.

After ordering the food; no cutleries was given. We had to ask for it while mains reached our table for more than 5 mins. In the end; we end up eating dessert using our own spoon from our drinks!

Apparently we can see the Waiter here did not have this basic knowledge at all. While me and my partner already being served with our mains (after our nachos as appetizer was not served at all), we asked for the nachos.

But then without us firing any prompt for our dessert to be sent to us as we are not done with mains; the dessert came in so we cancelled the nachos. The person who came in with dessert is asking us how about the dessert; and asked "this one cannot eat now or what?" We argued a bit.

Then come the other Waiter asking if we want nachos. It was a really simple order which is quite basic. We don't expect to be treated like 5 star fine dining but we expect proper knowledge of food and table mannerism at least or courtesy to serve properly.

I would definitely come here just for the sake of a good food but the service really needed a lot of improvement and revamping.

Come here to celebrate Xmas with friends. This is my 1st time here. We are quite lucky cos reach there 10mins before 7pm which mean you get free parking. Our reserved table is at upstairs. No air-cond but quite windy. There is promotion for oyster. If you order 10 oysters then you get another 2 for free. So, we order for a dozen of US oyster + Canadian oyster. Consider fresh but not creamy enough to my liking. Each of us order different main course, but in the end all the main course come in same plating. All side dishes are same. Lack of creativity but I think is fine as long as taste good. I ordered for grill salmon steak. It is the worst taste salmon I ever eat in the restaurant. My bf main course is chicken chop, and it taste horrible . Honestly speaking, I can cook better than this at home. We also order for French fries. I think fries is the best food they served here. We check the bill after we pay and realise they charge us for 12 oyster instead of 10 free 2 promotion price. Therefore, we inform the waiter. After a while, the waiter come back and told us they will give us 2 oyster now instead of refund. This is the 1st time I encountered this kind of service. Charge you wrongly, and ask you to eat 2 more oyster when you about to leave. Too hilarious. Won't come here again. Food & service also only...

French name but definitely not french standard. There is a lot of disappointment i could mention but decided just to skip it and only write a few gravious mistake that it didn't deserve 10% service charge at all.

no staff to guide you at the main entrance, have to literally disrupt one to ask for the reservation table. Restaurant weren't that busy at the moment

Inexperienced waiter expecting a hungry customer to coach him on his first day of work, and yet still forgot to key in an order which makes one of the guest left the restaurant with empty stomach after 2 hours of waiting.

Twice, forgot to remove an extra orders we didn't get.

Restaurant environment just like a food court on top but with a liveband and loud music which doesn't suit any french ambience at all

And the food quality, we knew the menu insisted on a medium rare steak, but with such quality of the meat cut instead of presenting a steak why not just go for stir fry beef, yes is not a french price tag luckily, but not everyone came here expect an 3rd class steak level culinary skills on a french restaurant, would rather the steak would be a french price and french standard.

Definitely not recommend and not...
