The room is spacious and clean, the lighting is ok, toilet is fine too. But no basic tooth brush or toothpaste are provided that's expected for 3 star rating hotel. The frige in our room wasn't working at all, but it's ok for 1 night. The real con is that the aircon is kinda noisy and pretty weak for my husband who wanted the room cool enough to sleep, but it's no where close cool or cold that he kept sweating while sleeping due to his hairy body fur I guess🤣, on the other hand, despite of the fact that the aircon was weak, my son and I were just ok with and its bcoz we hardly sweat in general anyway. The free breakfast wasn't something to consider for those who are a truly happy breakfast person to kick off the day with decent food. That said, the food is either all fried or processed or sweetened! To my surprise, there aren't even nasi Lemak with coconut cook rice, ayam, peanuts, Iman bilis, timun, sambal, stuff at most that's commonly seen in most Malaysia's hotel buffet breakfast spread. The only thing my husband could eat was the wrinkly thin sliced oranges, even they are so old dry in texture. The coffee and tea were also sweetened with sugar! So I had to leave the drinks too. Please no sugar mixed for coffee and tea by default! Let guests to enjoy kosong or it would have been so much better if we had an option to add or not to our liking. The rm10 tourism tax per day was charged upon check in even for a long term resident even though we explained it was never happened and its first time since working over 10 years of time, living in Malaysia. The store supermarket is handy, so does badminton court is decent we met some great guys there! We also enjoyed morning brekkie in ICC which is like an indoor version of halker food hall, situated right next door to the hotel. Forget the free buffet and just venture there in ICC for amazing Malaysian food! Free car park is available for customers...

-WiFi in room 1 bar that often stop transmitting.|-Bathroom has no rack for putting bathing towels. Have to ask for hand & face towel. House keeping said not on offer but on the list of souvenir they are listed.|-TV remote not working & even after changing, some buttons still don't work. TV volumn control max is 30. Still soft on some channels but loud on other channels as I've hearing problem. No listing of what are the channels available. No International News channels available.|-The shower tap beside toilet bowl leaks. The showerhead in bathroom not working efficiently. Bathroom too narrow for a big size guy. Yet the entrance has huge empty space. See photo attached.|The area in front of TV is too narrow, has to sit on bed to work on table below TV. See photo attached.|-Has smoking rooms on the 4 top floors yet listed as a non smoking hotel. No listing of ammenities of hotel in room. The bed is soft, as a consulation as I stayed in the room for a fair amount of time & wanted to enjoy it. What a disappointment on the setting/design of this particular room.|Parking leading to hotel on Level 4.|Has plenty of delicious & yummy coffeeshop food stalls (Chinese, Malay & Indian) in the surrounding area of hotel & offer good savory coffee too day & night (up till midnight?) & 2 opens 24 hours directly opposite hotel.|Free shuttle bus services to Shopping Malls. See photo.|Lastly the price is right.|Has 24 hours convenient stores & a Shopping Mall, Pudu Plaza & "Store" brand Department/Supermarket store beside hotel.|Has a electronic street...

Bad experience : The very moment I walked in the hotel and met the worst receptionist ever. Silly chinese lady.. Named Foo... not to be racist but I don't understand why she's working as a receptionist when she don't even want to smile. In fact she's very cold. .. Before I came I called them to request for early check in as I have arrived early. I spoke to the same chinese lady whom very rude, she couldn't find my booking, without telling me she redirect the phone call to the reservation team while I'm still explaining . Spoke to Ain.. She's very friendly, nice and helpful. She managed to find my booking and allowed me to check in early. Back to the lousy receptionist, she didn't explain what time is the breakfast, where to park and we can get free parking. Lousy. ||Went in to the room... Nice room.. Satisfied. Then I hit the shower , haha the water heater whether it's on or not the water is always hot... Called reception to get someone to check... Came another lousy staff, claimed that the water is like that because the water in the tank is hot. And can't do anything about it. He wet the toilet, he went in my room and toilet with shoes on and left dirty shoes marks. Horrible. .||All these happened not even 2 hours I stayed here... Again.. Disappointed. ||Dear management team Pls teach the front liner some basic customer...

If you are the food hunter on the wheels, this probably the best and reasonable priced accommodation around Pudu minus the parking problem. Parking readily available onsite (level 4 same building with the plaza pudu), sheltered and FOC by the hotel. This area offers astonishing numbers of delicious food, ranging from the legendary ICC Pudu food centre which is just stone away to the innumerable food parlors that are in walkable distance too (include the famous Pudu morning market). This hotel could be a bit seasoned and aged but all are well maintained. Front counter was friendly and attentive. The room conditions were passable, not too tight and sufficient for a small family too (super king room). Just the air conditioning would be slower in cooling down the room. And, some details to be attended to like stained cups. Try to book on their hotel website, sometimes cheaper than agoda or traveloka. Mine was RM125 for super king with windows on Saturday via their website. It was a pleasant stay and would return in the future.

Built in the late 1970's, Pudu Plaza is drawing old folks by the dozens. The senior citizens are here not to shop but to pass time and seek company. Step into Pudu Plaza any day and you are bound to see many elderly folk loitering in the complex. For years, this place has been their place to congregate. Some of them can be seen sitting at the entrance of the complex, while others hang out outside a snooker centre watching cue artistes potting black. There is also a food court where the senior citizens spend their time chatting or reading newspapers while the lonely ones can be seen taking a nap on stools. Many of their children’s are already grown-up and busy working, so Pudu Plaza is a natural place for them to hang out instead of "locking" themselves at home waiting to die.
