dipndip Bangsar — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Upon entry, server approached us and gave us the menu's. After a few minutes placed the order, it was 1 item from the menu. the fettuccine crepe.

it was reaching 50% capacity. noticed that there were 4 staff on duty. food took around 30 mins to receive. there were several AC's inside the outlet, however, it was quite hot. This is my 5th time visiting this outlet, (first time after pandemic), and have to say it was cold and comfortable before.

The fettuccine crepe was good, however, it was not fresh, as the hotness of the crepe was not there. the taste of it was good however the delay in serving it was what disappointed us.

when I went to pay the bill, I saw that the server was in the back preparing orders and one of the guys who was previously preparing food was taking orders for a new group of customers. Also, some of the prepared orders were staying on the counter without being served to the customers, which may be the reason why our crepe was not fresh as well. I noticed that the place is understaffed to handle close to 50% customers.

Severs: 9/10. Smiled and were very nice. Food: 9/10. Price has increased with the inflation, however taste is still same quality as before. Atmosphere: 8/10 Good for a dipndip outlet, however the AC could be set to make the place a bit colder.

Can't actually remember the dishes name. But this is really delicious and it is the most favourite dishes of us after all. The combination of marshmallow and chocolate is delicious. There's the cereal rise inside the chocolate. The quantity of chocolate is too much, and we're to full to taste another dishes. I love their chocolate creep so much. And the chocolate lave cake. A bit dissappoiting on their waffle. Compare with the tradisional waffle i prefer waffle just take original type. Came here for their creep and lave cake definitely u will fall in love. The only reason Dip n Dip get a 2 from me is cause the presentation of the food was really really preety and there was one staff that was very sweet and welcoming. First of all the environment was excellent with a very nice ambience. The Triple chocolate crepe was delicious and you could choose between Milk, White & Dark Chocolate. The chocolate fondant was also something different with a fondant that has a dark chocolate filling with your choice of Ice Cream. The different textures were amazing.The staff were good and told you if a dish would take longer than usual. However it is a bit pricey even though the crepe is quite thin. But the taste is there, don't get me wrong. Mineral water is also at RM 2.50. Kind of expected for these kinds of exclusive eateries.
