I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service at Tealive United Point was disappointing enough to make an exception. Especially the malay staff were outright rude and dismissive—not a smile, not a greeting, and seemed genuinely annoyed when I placed my order. I understand people have bad days, but there's a basic level of courtesy expected when dealing with customers. Definitely not the kind of experience that makes me want to come back.
