𝟏 𝑼𝒕𝒂𝒎𝒂’𝒔 𝑭𝒊𝒓𝒔𝒕 & 𝑶𝒏𝒍𝒚 𝑰𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒂𝒏 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒖𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒕 🙏🏻🇮🇳

Indian Flavours, a popular home-based food delivery service among expatriates and locals, has expanded its first-ever commercial outlet in 1 Utama's Food District on the second floor of the new wing. 🇮🇳🥘 With a wide selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, Indian Flavours is sure to appeal to all walks of life. 😍✨ Their menu focuses mainly on North Indian dishes but there are also some regional favourites like mutton varuval 😋

Here are my recommendations:

𝟏. 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐚 - Their samosas are amazing omg!! They’re super fat and chunky as they’re stuffed with lots of spicy potato filling 😍🔥 So generous with their filling; this is the only way a samosa should be 🥹 The potato stuffing was honestly fantastic 🤯 𝟐. 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐬 - This chicken dumplings were delicious but you gotta dip it with the sweet & spicy chilli sauce at the side to make it taste even better 🥟🥢 They were shaped perfectly with neat folds at the side. There’s nothing quite like that first bite of a momo, so beautifully humble and loaded with minced chicken goodness. 🤤 𝟑. 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 - Not spicy but packed with flavour 😍🔥🌶️ Served boneless so it’s perfect to pair with their fried rice or noodles 😋 The chicken was tender and chunky, very meaty too! Solid dish 👍🏻 𝟒. 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞 - Super comforting 🥹 This fried rice was so flavourful and wholesome! Every bite is filled with lots of vege and fried chicken cubes 😋 The diced chicken was definitely the highlight of the fried rice as it enhanced the overall flavours of this meal!! ☺️ 𝟓. 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢 𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐧𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬 - The colour speaks for itself 😍🔥 You can spot this dish from miles away because of its fiery orange colour!! But thankfully it isn’t spicy so you’re able to finish it up and still crave for more hehe 🤭 I really loved the Hakka noodles used and this is one of my favourite Indo Chinese dish 🥡🥢 𝟔. 𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 - The beauty of butter chicken lies in the subtle balance of tanginess and a velvety texture 🧡 Their signature blend curry and spices adds a burst of flavor that will tantalize your taste buds. 🥰 Indulge in the rich, succulent meat that's expertly cooked to a tender perfection.🥘 The butter chicken gravy is so good that you can finish it clean without leaving a single drop of gravy behind!! 𝟕. 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐢 & 𝐏𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐢 - And that’s what the chapathi & poori is for: to enjoy your butter chicken with! Both the chapathi and poori were excellent so I can’t choose which one was better because I was madly in love with both that I finished them all by myself 🥹🤭 The poori is so fluffy and the texture is much better than the regular ones elsewhere as they use wheat flour and not the commercial flour 😍 I was so happy to receive a fluffy, soft and stretchy poori compared to the dry ones I get outside 😆 There’s just no better combo than butter chicken + poori / chapathi 🤤👍🏻 𝟖.𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐁𝐢𝐫𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐢 - Their biryani is very unique as they infuse tamarind into their rice for a hint of tanginess 😋 Lots of juicy grilled chicken inside this dish!! 🍗 Biryani lovers will love this ❤️ Mutton option available too 🐑 𝟗. 𝐏𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐝𝐢 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐚𝐭 - First time trying this famous Indian street snack 😱 Papdi chaat is a popular North Indian street food snack filled with a variety of mouth-watering textures and flavours. It comprises of chickpeas, potatoes, various chutneys, yogurt, papdi, curd, sev and is garnished with coriander. 🥰 It was a medley of flavours which is hard to describe but it was definitely an enjoyable experience! You gotta try it for yourself 😚

BURNT methi paratha. Totally bitter! Other dishes were okay. I ordered from Grab and owner of the restaurant actually texted to ask me to give them a 5 star review if I liked the food in exchange for a free dish next time. And that is why it's so hard to trust...
