I am a vegetarian and have been patronaging La Juiceria Mont Kiara since it's opening. Through the years, I am impressed with the variety of choices offered, be it vegan, vegetarian, keto, salad, spaghetti, etc. Each meal has its total calories count stated, making it easy for people who are on diet. Menu will be revised every now and then to add new tastes to the palette. Taste of foods is superb. Price is reasonable too. Shop interior has just been refurbished. All hardware are in place. If there is anything else La Juiceria can improve on, is to make sure all ingredients are freshly prepared upon order is made, do not prepare in batch. Lime, cucumber, kale, purple cabbage are freshly cut only when needed, not pre cut them in batch and leave to dehydrate. Pouch egg white should not have clear colour egg white remaining in the center surrounding the raw egg yolk, it should be in soft and white and egg yolk should be semi cooked with thickened egg yolk texture. Service crew should be more attentive to customers who dine in. There were a few incidents I tasted sourish cauliflower in Kale Mushroom Asada Salad. Today when I done in again, I feedback to Lynn, she promised me that she would made sure this doesn't happen again. Thanks to her I enjoyed a fresh and healthy Christmas breakfast! I've been here to the shop and ordered for delivery many times over the past few years. The great thing is that the food is always reliably great with good portion and quality for a fair price. Options for vegetarians and vegans too. However, I simply cannot understand the generally careless service. Very few smiles, greetings, or thank yous. I've had two flatout bad experiences where my husband's food came and my salad took 30 more minutes due to mixups. Once it was 40 minutes after ordering and the third time I asked after my order until they finally said..they were out of an ingredient and would I like a different one instead. That shouldn't have taken 40 minutes to communicate to me. Also, there was no apology or general courtesy like "so sorry about the wait". The food and offerings deserve a high score but the staff need better training about customer service orientation and some coaching about communicating effectively with customers. I feel a bit cheated. On 12 May 2023 18:02, I ordered and paid for a Torched Salmon Poke Bowl (RM24.90) to take out but when I sat down to wait for my food to be prepared, I was told they had just run out of salmon and asked if I'd be okay with a Teriyaki Chicken Poke Bowl. I asked if they were the same price and the staff member said yes, so I agreed to it. Only to come home and find that: The price of a Teriyaki Chicken Poke Bowl would've been RM22.90 It ended up being half Teriyaki Chicken (only about 4 "slices" that looked like half a chicken breast) and half Tofu (a full Tofu Bowl would've been RM20.90)

Food was still great, but that was a bit dishonest and uncharacteristic of this establishment that i had no problems with prior to this visit. Do check your take outs before leaving the restaurant, and always cross check with the menu if they suggest an alternative to what...
