Kopitiam offers Pork Noodle (Yee Mee), Curry Mee, Lam Mee, Fishball Noodle, Soup, etc.
Morning/Afternoon stalls
Food: Pork Noodle (Yee Mee) 3.25🌟 Quite a lot variety of ingredients and soup base is quite nice. Priced at Rm 10.50 (Add on Egg)
Evening/Night stalls
Soup: Herbal Chicken 3.5🌟 Only open from 3 pm to 9pm (Except Wed, Sat, Sun). There's about 4-5+ options to choose from and some are gone at 5.30pm. Taste is quite plain, more of chicken flavor rather than herbs with decent amount of herbs (mostly red dates though). The bowl is bigger than the usual ones out there but I feel Hakka Kopitiam soup is best in this area as portion is even bigger with more ingredients at same price including rice. Priced at Rm 13.
Soup: Coconut Chicken 4🌟 Similar to Herbal but instead of herbal has 2 big slices of coconut meat. The soup taste much sweeter and nicer. Priced at Rm 14
Soup: Lotus Root 3.25🌟 The lotus root is.on the harder side, I prefer it to be boiled longer. The flavor is not as thick and fragrant as what you can get on Hakka Kopitiam which has quite a lot dry squids "tiu phin" Priced at Rm 13
Soup: BJOTW 3.5🌟 "Fet Tiu Cheong" aka "Buddha Jump Over The Wall". Very seafood / Fishy flavor. There's 2 good sized drumsticks (as usual), like 2-3 small slices of "Yu Phiu" , quite a lot shreds if scallops outer layer skin and 1 slice of abalone. Priced at Rm 13
Soup: Radish Soup 3🌟 Together with red carrot, not a fan as it's not cooked long enough so the carrots are not soft enough Priced at Rm 12
Food: Rice + 2 Veggies 3.25🌟 to 3.5🌟 Had it to complement the soup. The veggies is not bad in terms of flavor but its not the prettiest and can be quite oily. Sometimes the dishes are quite good. Usually priced at Rm 7 + YTF...
Read moreIf you want to enjoy tasty traditional chinese double boiled soup yet reasonably priced, head to this stall in bedforf business park, old klang road. Be there early as the food sell out fast, within 2 hours of opening at 10.30 am. For only RM12 you get to choose from a wide range of soups such as ginseng, mini buddha jump over the wall, apple, etc. You can pair with other small plate dishes like sweet sour pork, pork knuckles, ladies gingers, wine chicken etc all perfectly prepared. Having missed out during our visit last week, this time, we arrived at 11 am and ordered their popular buddha jump over the wall soup and a plate of ladies fingers. Actually if you are a small eater, the soup with 2 drumsticks is enough for 2 persons. But after having the first sip, you would want the soup all for yourself. Despite the crowd the staff is attentive...
Read moreFrom social media got to know this stall selling chn traditional home soup. Since I always love steam soup, drove there for early lunch on a weekday. Managed to find Parking some distance away. Verdict: Steam-soup 👍 but very thirsty after meal. Not sure due to soup, or other dishes or the hot weather. Btw they also serve limited choice "chup-fan" dishes. Nothing to shout about but OK lah ... so so only. If I am in that area and it's open, I'll tapau their soups home 😋 Good news, they are now doing dinner too from 5+pm onwards. Dinner like lunch, business only operates on working weekdays. PHs, wkends ❌ Price wise is affordable but I think expensive for a stall doing mass cooking (not cooking according to ala carte) and environment of eating @ a non air-cond coffee shop with...
