KFC Lotus's Kepong — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Very bad experience with Kepong Menjalara KFC outlet. I am not familiar with the kiosk system, after try a few times, I decided to go to the counter to make my order. The lady receptionist rejected my request. After request for few times, she finally accepted it. I order 2 pcs snack plate ( without drinks) but she said she can only place my order that come along with drinks, order without drinks can only make through kiosk system. I order another set of 1 pcs chicken rice plate but she said it is not available. I wonder whether I have to pay more for higher value set just because I don't know how to use the kiosk system. At the same time, 3 senior citizens came in and they also don't know how to use the kiosk system and they try to get assistance from a staff nearby but that staff didn't even border to answer them. Lastly those senior citizens step out from the outlet without place any order. After that, the same staff took away one of my plastic plate of chilli just because I have took 2 plates. I wonder if he is so attentive with this small things, why didn't he help the senior citizens who need his help? This is how u treat your customers? I regret to come to this outlet and I will...

I really disappointed when I wanted to have my dinner at here. This is because the female cashier has given me unacceptable reply while I wanted to order the meal at counter. As a costumers, we had the rights to choose whether wanted to order at machine or counter. The situation facing by me was when I was wanted to order the meal at counter since there are not much of costumers, but the reply that I get from the female cashier is "you need order at the machine... If there is don't have the option which mean that is finished..." For me as a consumer, I felt that really unacceptable for us (even though she had using proper and polite way to reply). I have went to many other outlets to get my meal before, but I didn't have such negative experience in this outlet before, even this is not the first time I have this kind of negative experience, even my family members also have same experience in this Lotus Kepong...

This is the worst KFC outlet I have visited!!

They served Coke without Ice and no gas at all, is like sugar water and they don't even care to provide an explanation what is the reason.

The cashier need to actually attending to the orders and closed the cashier counter to clear the crowd that has been waiting for at least 30 mins, plus 5 food riders in the line as well.

the numbering is merely for display purpose on a large TV, dont even bother to use it. Those table number tag that the staff claimed will be served to the table is actually for show, which they wont even serve until you ask them at the counter 30 mins later.

Disappointing how they run the whole branch with no system, staff working with zero motivation.. Wondering since when KFC has fallen to this sorry state compared to McDonald..

Not recommend to visit this branch unless you have lots of time to spare waiting and waiting...
