This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in KFC. Only one out of two digital ordering systems was operating. And there was a queue. Went to the cashier and just as I was done ordering the POS system broke down and they had to reboot. So I was forced to go back to the digital one. But one of the items was not there and I had to now go back to the cashier to order again. In the meantime I could see all the tables filled with food, and the rubbish bin was completely full. The place was filthy!!! I could see that they were understaffed too, with only 4 including manager. Anyway our food came 20 mins later. I ordered a snack plate original and was horrified when I saw my chicken. It was dark brown/ burnt. Like they fried it again. Wish I took a picture. I sent it back and they said if you want new ones you’d have to wait. I asked the manager if this was how you serve it, she just looked at me unflinchingly and said I’d have to wait if I want new ones. No apologies no quality control. And they put the chicken back and gave it to a delivery order! 😫 After waiting almost 15 mins I asked how long more and they said 12 mins to which I replied they should’ve told me if it was going to take so long and proceeded to switch to spicy instead. Honestly I get it. Bad day perhaps, pos and digital ordering screens not working, understaffed… but cleanliness, quality and service was totally compromised!!! The manager and the staff are aware we are there and as we start ordering, I even asked was the sound coming from there or outside. The lady at the counter didn't care. And the sound continue! Read moreI would like to file a complaint regarding the poor service I received at your outlet earlier today. There were two staff members, (Rina and Siti Aisyah,) who completely ignored me and did not take my order. Instead of assisting me, they were speaking about me inappropriately without even approaching or acknowledging me. They were too lazy to do their job, better not to work here, rather than getting salary even without working.
There was also another male staff member, of Indian ethnicity, wearing a white shirt, who joined in by staring and casually took photo of me and gossiping about me along with the others. I felt extremely disrespected and uncomfortable. I had approached them politely and did nothing wrong, yet their behavior was rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. These are the female in the picture and the girl name Rina and another one not sure her name, she was black tudung.
Saya ingin membuat aduan mengenai layanan buruk yang saya terima di cawangan anda hari ini. Terdapat dua orang kakitangan (Rina dan Siti Aisyah) yang langsung tidak melayan saya dan enggan mengambil pesanan saya. Sebaliknya, mereka bercakap tentang saya secara tidak sopan tanpa mendekati atau mengakui kehadiran saya. Mereka kelihatan terlalu malas untuk menjalankan tugas. Lebih baik mereka tidak bekerja di sini daripada menerima gaji tanpa bekerja.
Terdapat juga seorang lagi kakitangan lelaki, berbangsa India, memakai baju putih, yang turut serta dengan merenung saya dan secara santai mengambil gambar saya serta bergosip bersama yang lain. Saya berasa amat tidak dihormati dan tidak selesa. Saya telah mendekati mereka dengan sopan dan tidak melakukan apa-apa kesalahan, namun layanan mereka sangat biadab, tidak profesional, dan tidak boleh diterima.
