READ THIS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO BOOK AND STAY AT THIS PLACE Check-out from this 'Luxury Suits Axia' a couple of days ago. Allow me to share my honest experience put up at this place. I'll neither book the place again nor recommend to those we know (not to victimize them unless those I hate of 😆). I'd noticed extremely poor ratings and read some very poor reviews below here prior to my booking made for this place. However, I chose not believe and I ate my own medicines subsequently from the moment booking confirmed at 'Agogo', the well known online hotel booking platform you know 😉 The experience with 'Luxury Suits Axia' was unpleasantly terrible. The *Luxury* parts about the perperties are limited to only the host name, aesthetic property photos and candy coated descriptions about the building and property on online hotel booking platforms. The actual conditions of the property is a Total Opposite to the term 'Luxury'. 1. Airbxb Instead of Hotel or Resort Settings - if you explore this particular property on any hotel booking platforms except airbxb you might deceived it as a hotel or resort setting. Unfortunately it isn't. - it's totally an airbxb setting. 2. The communications, instructions for navigations within the building - it's vague, confusing - instructions given by the host staff as if I'm frequent visitor/ guest to this building - I've never been there and it's my first time visited and stayed at this - I did not know I should go up or down to Level 3 when I was at M2. By mentioning that, would be able to figure out if I should go up or down from M2? - I was being told to either go to Level 1 or 3 and avoid to park my car on M1 and M2 but never being told if I were to go up or down to Level 1 or 3 from M2 - the staff assumed that I knew and familiar with that - also not being informed lift on which side to use in this building until we got to the wrong one and figured myself 3. Road & route structure to car park - Entrance way, driveways into and out from car park designed to be on right hand side instead of left hand side where majority car parks in Malaysia are - both up and down driveways are not only narrow but weird winding. Beware to not scratch your car with the side wall while turning over 4. Parking space, parking charges - the parking spaces are narrow that you can usually find in most shopping complex out there - if your body height lesser than 168cm and body weight less than 60kg you might be able to get out from your cars easily. Otherwise it's torture enough just to get in & out from car on the parking lots - the charges, you think it's FOC when stated 'Parking Provided' or 'Parking Available' on the hotel booking platforms? - the parking rate costs RM5 per hour and no maximum rate - if you park your car there for whole day and night 24 hours the parking fee will be RM5 x 24 (do the math) 6. Check-in & Deposit - RM250 of deposit was collected which most standard hotels no longer practice nowadays - if you made the deposit in cash, refund will still be online transfer to your bank's account 9. The arrogant and rude concierge staffs - I did read some comments on about this but karma hits me when ignored and didn't believe what they've shared - welcome to experience yourself provided you 10. Vague & confusing check-out instructions and bothersome process - guests need the access card to use the lift to either go up to the property nor go down to any floor even Ground floor - advised by the host staff to leave the access card in the property and snap then then send him/her the photo of the access card - how am I to go down? - advised again to dropped into mailbox at ground floor, then how am I going up to car park by lift without the access card?

EST KL Bangsar is a standout co-living and lifestyle residence that offers a modern, stylish, and community-driven experience in the heart of Bangsar. From the moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted with sleek, contemporary interiors and a vibrant ambiance. The units are compact but intelligently designed with quality furnishings, making it ideal for young professionals, students, and digital nomads. The high-speed internet, rooftop pool, well-equipped gym, and communal spaces like the co-working area and café lounge add tremendous value to the overall living experience. Security is top-notch with 24-hour surveillance and keycard access, giving residents peace of mind. The management team is friendly and responsive, always willing to assist with any issues. The location is also a major plus point — with easy access to LRT, supermarkets, cafes, and Bangsar's buzzing nightlife just minutes away. Many residents appreciate the strong sense of community through social events and networking sessions regularly hosted on-site. Overall, EST KL Bangsar is not just a place to live, but a place to thrive. It perfectly blends comfort, convenience, and connectivity, making it one of the top choices for urban living in Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a dynamic, flexible, and upscale living environment.

Worst luxury hotel suites I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service and amenities provided during my stay. I expected a higher standard of care and attention, especially given the reputation of KL Sentral Bangsar Suites (EST) by Luxury Suites Asia Room Cleanliness: want to give less then 1star, we stay with cockroaches, even we found the cockroaches in the fridge. Poor Customer Service: there is power trip in main power circuit bord - when i call customer services they are aware of it and asking me to open the main MCB bord and power on the trip switch " this is luxury suites EST... LOL" . this was not happened one or two times it happens many time during my stay and it was my job to turn on the switch :( Faulty Amenities: Several amenities listed on website were either not available or not functioning properly. The air conditioning in my room was ineffective, and the Wi-Fi connection was extremely slow and doormat, bedsheet are really worst (check the photo) staying at this hotel is a waste of money. For a more pleasant and hassle-free experience, I recommend looking elsewhere. Save your time and money and avoid the disappointment I faced.

It was a disaster, disappointed experience never ever happened with Agoda! I was being told by one of the person in charge for check in, "THIS IS NOT HOTEL, IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, GO AND WRITE A REVIEW IN AGODA OR GOOGLE". Well, I will definitely write the review, here you go. However, I would also like to write in to KPNKK and MCMC to serve our rights with this kind of disaster experience and product served.

The story began with the check in process. When we arrived the building lobby, security guard politely asked what is our room number. However, we are not being informed by anyone regarding on the room number, hence the security guard helped us and called the person in charge. We were standing there for almost 45mins, all these person in charge were like pushing us to one and another, no one able to confirm our booking. With the heavy baggage we carried, we were exhausted and just hope that we can check in ASAP. This is when one of the person in charge, told us the SENTENCE WRITTEN ABOVE! I can't even understand why Agoda will allow this kind of service provider to list their property into your platform! Totally unbelievable.

And finally, the manager able to find our booking, yet, they want to receive a RM200 for deposit. We have just given RM50 to the security office, now need to pay another RM200, which made us consufe and this fee was not inform in the Agoda platform. Manager was then informed us, it is refundable when check out. Well we were totally exhausted and tired to discuss anymore, we just did the bank transfer and finally checked in the property.

With no doubt, after all we have been gone through the check in process, the property is different with what we see at Agoda platform. Bed sheet was like just used, dusty from certain area. All these are still acceptable. After we slept, someone keep knocking our door, the sound volume could make us wake up not just 1 time but consistently few minutes after and knock again. It was totally nightmare to us.

Fortunately, the day after, when we check out, the process was smooth. God! Our expectations towards a smooth check out is consider a gift for the whole entire booking with this property!

Last but not least, Agado, PLEASE DO SOMETHING WITH YOUR CLIENT, to avoid spoiling your reputation because of this kind of property that listed at your respective side. I will never book this...

We had a terrible experience during our stay here.||I booked 3 nights here and unfortunately on the second night, we were sleeping and heard a lot of noise during the night. When the loudest noise happened, my mother opened the door and saw the whole ceiling of the 12th-floor collapses (see photo), plumbing fell and blocked the doorway, technical frames everywhere and water rushes into the apartment. The apartments next door opened and shout out for help just like us, but no guards came to us at all. Only one foreign man returned to help each member of my family get out of the emergency exit. When we got to the ground floor, a fire engine and an ambulance arrived. Fortunately, no one was injured that night. We were disappointed that the building management did not offer any support solutions for people on the 12th floor like us. I also could not contact Luxury Suite Management at the time. My family had to stay for a while at the swimming pool to wait for Calvin (apartment manager) to come in the morning.||||At 9 am, I was contacted by Calvin. He talked to his manager on the phone many times and said they were running out of rooms right now so they couldn't arrange for us another place. They said they would return the full amount of room and deposit to us so we could rent another hotel as compensation. They have returned my cash deposit and said that on Monday they have started working and will refund my rent to the credit card.||||And from then until now, I have given them 2 weeks to resolve the incident, and compensate for the damage to my family but both Luxury Suite Management and apartment manager Calvin have avoided and did not respond to my messages (see photo) and no money was sent to my card as well.||||They are an irresponsible company, you guys should not risk your own lives in a place like this.||||I have enough evidence to show how...
