The entrance door is electronic lock controls by reception. Small room Nice room. Bathroom wall only by glasses Have hot water supply at shower room Have hose bidet. Body wash provided at shower walls. Have soap dish at shower wall Water pressure is good Have mirror at bathroom Have air fan exhaust at bathroom Have hair dryer at bathroom Two pcs bath towels are provided. One pcs bath mat is provided. (Sadly badly stain. Look like recycled ) No bath tub. No face towels. No bathroom amenities. Entrance door have automatically alarm lock reminder. Entrance door have door latch and double lock. Entrance door have evacuation plan. No wardrobe. Only have hook as replacement for wardrobe. Have entrance wall mirror. Small writing table. I was in KL last week. My prime consideration for choosing this hotel was the proximity to Little India so that I can have access to vegetarian Indian food since I have heard its difficult for vegetarians to find easy options in KL. I was not disappointed from that perspective. This hotel is 5-7 minutes walking distance from many vegetarian hotels in Little India. What I like about this hotel:||||1. Access to Little India and KL Sentral.||2. Hotel provides Shuttle services to nearby locations which include Little India, China Town, Central Market etc., Drop and pickup to KL Sentral.||3. Quite clean. Staff ensures that the places I kept clean.||4. Helpful support staff. I had minor issues when I checked that was fixed the next day morning.||5. Value for money.||||What customers should be vary of:||||1. Rooms are quite small. Three of us stayed in a room that is !5 x 15 (approximate). Can be claustrophobic after a while. Thanks to the A/c it can get quite chill which can be quite discomforting.||2. Ask for rooms with a window so that you don't oversleep.||3. No F&B in this hotel.||4. Management can take care of the following: Have a light closer to the shaving mirror. Decouple the exhaust fan from the bathroom light. First of all, this is no longer a hotel but a co-living space. The location is convenient, situated near LRT Bangsar and within KL Sentral, offering plenty of food options and stores in the area. While the surroundings can get crowded during the day, the rooms are quiet, ensuring a good night’s sleep. However, the management by LiveIn leaves much to be desired. I was moved between rooms four times, which was incredibly frustrating. Had I known in advance that the original room I paid for would not be available, I would never have chosen to stay here. Adding to the disappointment, they only informed me of this issue a day before my scheduled move-in date. Such irresponsibility is unacceptable. Their responses to tenants are generic and lack any genuine effort to address individual concerns. The common areas, especially the kitchen, are dirty and emit a bad odor. Although the complimentary cleaning service was initially helpful, it seems no one bothers to maintain it anymore. If it weren’t for the proximity to my office, I would never consider staying here.
