It was my first time getting my hair dyed and I'm glad I chose to come to Alps Studio. I found out about them while googling online and also tru instagram, personally they stood out among the rest as I could feel the creativity and sincerity of their brand. I first reached out to them via whatsapp as I have some questions and Kai Ling attended to me and replied me pretty quickly. (She was so so nice!) I made an appointment 2 weeks later and got a call from Kai Ling, apparently the appointment I made (which was on a saturday) has quite a lot of people and she remembered our conversation on whatsapp before that I mentioned having anxiety and aren't good with crowds. She asked if it was ok with me or if I wanted to change my appointment to Friday where there's lesser people. So i agreed immediately and changed to friday. (I personally found this really touching and I'm grateful as often time, no one would really care or pay attention to such things especially when it comes to mental health, its just a small lil detail but she remembered TwT Even when I requested for a female hairdresser as I'm uncomfortable with men due to bad past experiences, they did't hesitate or even asked any questions and agreed to it right away, saying proper arrangements will be made TvT)

I was really nervous when I went there but they guided me right away to a private room and even allowed me to do my work there. (They even gave me a laptop stand so I could work better TwT) Jannes was my hairstylist as well as Rebecca who was an intern there and they are both such wonderful people ⁠⁠(´⁠ω⁠｀⁠*⁠) Jannes consulted with me on what I wanted before proceeding and during the whole process, they both kept checking up on me to see if I was doing ok. I was served a cup of hot green tea and biscuits which really helped calm me down. Rebecca was so kind and reassuring the whole time, explaining every single steps to make sure I know what's going on, making sure I was comfortable and making small talks so I won't be too nervous. I had my hair dyed, cut and had some treatment. The outcome was really nice and Jannes even taught me how I could style my hair at home :3 (she's so cool and attentive ahahhaha)

Overall I'm really happy and satisfied with their service and care, they would go an extra mile just to ensure you are comfortable and satisfied with your time spent there. I would say it is on a more expensive side so you can text them on whatsapp beforehand to get an estimation on what you are interested in getting done before going there. Thank youu...

I have been a patron of this establishment for the past 2 years and all I can say is that it’s the best hair salon that I’ve ever been to!

I wish I could give more stars than 5. This is by far the best run business and the best service i have ever experienced.

From the initial call, to consultation, to dyeing my hair and a trim, to post treatment and follow ups, I have been amazed at how they treated me as a customer.

I originally wanted to dye my hair platinum blonde which would have required likely 2-3 rounds of bleach(each round of blonde will cost more). But when I told them I will only have it for a few weeks before going back to my natural dark brown/black hair for work reasons, they advised it might not be ideal to do 2/3 rounds of bleach and go through the uncomfortable process of bleaching and post treatment. Instead they advised to do just 1 round and go a slightly different shade of blonde if I won’t be having it for too long.

However, once they were aware of my sensitive scalp condition, they consulted amongst themselves and advised me to reconsider going blonde and to avoid bleaching entirely, as it could agitate the condition.

This resulted in me dyeing my hair a different colour and avoid bleaching, which meant the cost was significantly lower for me. They were more concerned about my future condition than they were about money.

I was referred here by my sister, who has been twice and my brother who has had a perm here, and they still amazed me with their professionalism. My wife has now since been there twice and can vouch just the same. You can feel the sense of passion and care they have for every customer they serve. They truly focus on quality and long term relationships.
