Today I went to kuchai kfc after I end my working and I wanted to buy nasi lemak I saw at the apps have then the shop machine done have I walk to the counter to ask about the nasi lemak is still available then a Indian miss staff tell me is not available ard with some kind of not really wanted to work and her eyes kind like don’t want to layan me and sleepy eyes so I order other items after that I go pick up my order at counter I check my food is that correct I request the miss to help me change the chicken wing to other I call the Indian miss so many time she also no reply me just facing back and after she turn around I call her she like don’t wanted to work and like sleepy eyes and give me a side eyes and just walk away through the back kitchen at sit at there and another men staff notice me so he help me change the chicken that I need with a wonderful service and the Indian girl staff like don’t want to work and like sleepy like ask her questions also like don’t wanted to answer really really bad service I’m also a customer service worker also standing whole day if she really don’t wanted to to do her job pls go back home not just one people do this kind of hard job if she really dont wanted to do this kind of hard job pls change don’t waste their people time the Indian girl staff really cannot tahan I ard tired working all day just come and buy a food also like this 😕😕😕really really really bad service and also the cheezy wedges also really really less really...

The Digital Kiosk System This KFC Outlet which provide a digital kiosk which the customer are not allowed to contact the cashier on counter for any specific requirement by the order and the enquiry. The digital kiosk as well does not provide a column or any space for us to make any side request.
When the purchase have been made, it stated the order sent to the kitchen. Well , i have waited for Half an hour for the order but the order gone missing , until i called up for a waiter for the order, then the waiter made another same set for me , without checking any missing order on the counter.
As well , when KFC are using the digital kiosk , the waiting screen does not show up the real time queueing list for us customer to make reference of. This is confusing us.
Kiosk Attitude The kiosk working inside does not even bother on having customer at front for enquiry, instead they go to the back of the kitchen and left the counter only one person to busy on. This make us customer challenged to have request for some stuff like extra cutlery or etc.
Overall, my experience of the day is very very bad and i hope on my next visit , KFC Kuchai Lama management will have a concern and attention on the above matter for...
Read moreI made an online order which didn't arrive, so I requested a refund, which has not been refunded to me, more than one month later. This is despite already being promised a refund over the phone.
Not only did the meal not arrive on time, it did not arrive at all, nor was there any notification, explanation, or apology of any kind. My wife called this KFC outlet, which we ordered from. The lady on the phone was very rude and impatient, and she raised her voice at my wife. She was unable to help, so asked my wife to call the KFC customer care hotline.
I called this line, asking for a refund, but was hung up on. Later that same day, I got a call back, promising a refund.
After 2 weeks, I made a complaint on the KFC website form. I have yet to receive this refund or any contact from KFC, over 1 month later. We also lost the birthday month free meal offer due to this.
I only just managed to get a promise to check on the refund progress on the phone today on the customer care line. This operator was the only person we dealt with who had a pleasant attitude.
This experience has left me and my wife feeling very negative about the poor customer service, distressing phone calls, wasted time, and yet uncompensated money, to the point that we are considering never ordering KFC again. Frankly, just a full refund at this point would be unlikely to...
