Komugi • Kuchai Lama — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Is my bad not keeping the receipt. I bought few bread, cake and 2 pcs daifuko. The staff is talking while packing my thing and didn't give me the daifuko which I didn't realize as I'm rushing. But they do charge me rm43.20. 2 small cake around rm16++, 4free1 bread rm16++ and the daifuko is rm4.90 per pcs.

After reach home, I call the branch and the guy call Ivan do remember me. He deny he forgot and said will check CCTV. But no call,no action taken. Is not big amount, I also lazy go back to talk to them But this is not the way handle customer complaint. Do take note. Wrong must admit. And do follow up with customer. And this incident, I won't spend my money at any komugi. Plenty of bakery shop out...

Hello , Yesterday I have ordered cake first time from this bakery. Their cake completely fresh,soft and moist . It was very spongy n delicious in taste and eye catching in looks . I ordered 6inch rainbow cake but size is pretty good as per mentioned size . Sufficient for small get-together.
