13/4 visited the store around 1 o'clock today and had a meal.
When I made the payment, one employee received the amount of the other table and made the ✅wrong payment. 83rm was paid in our card.
1️⃣For the wrong payment, the employee did not apologize for the wrong payment and showed a brazen attitude. It takes time for a refund to be sent to the card company.
They canceled the card case as they liked and asked us to wait for the refund amount. What the hell is going on?
At least, if you made a mistake, should apologize first. ✅We were paid twice in total, the cost of the food we ate and the cost of the money being taken out by the employee's mishandling.
✅We asked for the president's number. But the employee gave us his own number. I wanted to know the boss number.
2️⃣I told him I wanted to contact boss directly. Again, he gave him the number of a person named Jostin. I called and asked if the boss was correct? but Jostin answered that he was an employee.
He gave me someone else's number, saying it was the boss number. This also lied to me twice.
It's so absurd to have a great restaurant, a staff member who lied twice saying this number is the boss's number, and a staff member who refuses to admit his mistake.
The number that the staff member gave me was the employee who worked with him.
At first, he told me his number was the boss's number. I'm writing this because I don't know any number to contact the boss.
What disappointed me about the employee was that he had no apology or apology for his mistake.

I can't get a refund...
Read moreOther than the overpriced food, the thing that I found really annoying was one of the staff giving my table a stink eye. When we were first seated at the table reserved for big groups, we were told dine in time limit was 90min. Fine, lots of cafes and restaurants that are hot spots do that. I usually respect the time limit but most of the time in all my dining experiences in various restaurants and cafe, I never experienced being chased away and there’s usually always enough space for people that there isn’t a long queue. My friends and I haven’t met for 2 years and we got carried away that we overstayed our welcome past 45min. Throughout that time, this staff (guy who was wearing a green shirt that day), kept throwing us awful looks, glances at his watch, paces across our table but at a distance, trying to somehow catch our eye and hint that it was time. Dude, THERE WAS NO QUEUE AT ALL. Also, if it bothers you SO MUCH, then come over and remind nicely “hi, i’m sorry but you’ve exceeded the dine-in time limit and we have to ask you to kindly leave as there are people waiting to be seated.” Again, there was no queue. You can omit the queue sentence if you’re such a stuck up and have to follow rules by the book. At least get the guts, be freaking professional, give proper service since you’re in the service line, get your hutt over the table and tell us, instead of being passive aggressive to your cuetomers. Please train your staff, they seem to have issues with expressing and...
Read moreDrove all the way here for breakfast and the food did not disappoint! Although the price is on the higher side, I was extremely happy with the option where I can mix and match everything on my platter 👍👍
I opted for the 5 dishes breakfast board (cos greedy) and it was just right for me - including the coffee of course.
Good meal overall and will come back to try teir lunch menu if there is an opportunity.
And oh... Cos we were 'pokpek-ing' so long and hogging a table, ordered a oatmeal cranberry cookie to have. Slightly pricey for a cookie this size but it was great! It's crumbly, baked well and with a decent amount of cranberries - which are a bit sweet - but the cookie...
