I trust this message finds you well. I have been a frequent patron of Kumar's with my family and customers, and while I appreciate the overall experience, there are a couple of areas I would like to bring to your attention for improvement.

Firstly, I have observed that the pricing of beverages, particularly the masala tea priced at RM14.00, seems disproportionately high compared to similar establishments. I believe it would be beneficial to reassess and potentially revise the pricing to align with industry standards. This adjustment would enhance the overall value proposition for customers.

Secondly, I've encountered a situation involving an individual, who I believe is an employee named Peter. While I understand the necessity of addressing staff concerns, I would recommend that such discussions be conducted in a more discreet manner, away from the customers' view. Maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere is essential for an enjoyable dining experience.

Additionally, I have noticed that Peter tends to be selective in his interactions with customers, as there have been instances where my party and I were not welcomed or thanked. Ensuring consistent and respectful treatment of all customers, regardless of any factors, would contribute significantly to a more pleasant dining environment.

I believe that addressing these concerns will further elevate the excellent reputation that Kumar already enjoys. I appreciate your attention to these matters and value the efforts made to enhance the overall customer experience.

Always excellent Indian food at Kumars . I have been a fan since their Ara Damansara days. This branch is a very good location for senior citizens… I called two days ago to book a table as I was bringing my 93 yo grandfather and was informed mont kiara is more accessible as he can’t walk as much and as well as before. There is a drive in porch and the entrance is just next to the drive in porch . The staff was really accommodating to his needs and we had a great time at kumars! We enjoyed the service and the food as usual … I would say the food is as good as the one at Bangsar . They maybe on the pricer side but you get what you pay for. Below average Indian food for a way above average price. Ordered the Thali meal for RM25 and the portion was tiny. Chicken curry was so diluted that it was more of a beverage than a dish. The dessert (Kesari) that came with the Thali meal was tasteless, not sure if they forgot to add some ingredients or it was supposed to taste like water. Got ice lemon tea and was surprised to not get fresh tea with lemon when I'm paying RM10 for it. Tasted like Yeo's or Heaven on Earth (?) At least make the effort in putting some lemon slices inside to make it seem fresh.

Even though the service and atmosphere was good, food was a huge disappointment. Definitely do not recommend to anyone that's looking for...
