I just went to this place, had a very bad experience, came all the way from pj and what i can comment is the mango milky ice the mango is super sour and who would like to eat sour mango?the tempura sesame sauce pasta was also very bad as it is very dry and sticky, all above i still can accept but the worst part is one of my drinks was not available but i was not inform by the waitress who took my order as she just cut it the item with pencil for her own understanding without letting me know at all until my food almost finished i check the receipt and only realize 1 of my drinks was not in the receipt.
I would not recomended anyone going here as the food and service sucks,i been here 3-4 times before but today is bad experience, the mango was sour and they can tell me this batch of mango was sour,if sour why do you serve out?who likes to come and pay for a sour mango?the waitress offered me a free drinks for her mistake but you already ruined my day im sorry if doesnt help much, also all your staff sitting at corner playing handphone like not interested to work,is this what you call service?we pay to come and suffer your lousy food and service...
Read moreDisappointed with Lets Joy Bestseller - Special Shaved Ice. The shaved ice was too sweet with minimal taste of syrup, just sweet. Taro ball was small, not chewable, and hard. To highlight my payment experience, E-wallet and credit card service were unavailable, but via direct transfer and QR pay, or cash. I am not fussing over the RM0.05 but I wish to highlight the dishonesty of the cashier woman (probably the business owner) who should uphold the business courtesy to inform the customer the exact payable amount of the bill instead of rounding off the value without obtaining customer's consent (Payable bill was RM80.95 but I was told RM81.00, paid via QR pay). Fruits are very fresh, and sauce on products are not so sweet and tastes natural. Panna cotta was nicely firm but melts in the mouth. Amber jelly got a good balance of bitter - sweet level.
I did not find super characteristic flavors but I think this is a great place to hang out and have a good time...
