I’ve been a regular customer for months now, and I can’t praise Shakawat and the team enough for their exceptional service. On my very first visit, I asked for water and a small teaspoon to take my cholesterol medicine. What amazed me was that, from my next visit onwards, without me saying a word, Shakawat ensured that water and a teaspoon were always ready for me before my meal. This thoughtful gesture has continued ever since, and it never fails to surprise and move me.

It’s not just Shakawat’s remarkable attentiveness that stands out—it’s the entire team’s dedication to making every customer feel truly cared for. They go above and beyond in ways that make this place feel less like a restaurant and more like a second home. We ordered dinner via Grab and the designated Grab driver + Grab’s system screwed it up (they didn’t even pick up our order but completed the order?! )

BUT tonight Azwan Zainal from Pavi Damansara Heights branch deserves a shout out for helping us still get our dinner even if Grab did us wrong. He personally delivered our dinner to the house right after he was done with closing! Initially he even offered to wait at the main entrance after the mall shuts if we got a different rider to pick it up 👏🏼 Night was completely ruined by Grab’s mishap and their incompetency but Azwan’s kindness allowed us to atleast ease that annoyance and still have our dinner tonight.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Azwan Zainal please , top notch customer service & proactiveness in finding a solution ASAP . He kindly turned down a small tip we offered when he delivered our dinner tonight, I sincerely hope Madam Kwans Management & the Pavi DH branch manager can reward Azwan accordingly 👏🏼

Went here on opening day! 09/10/2023. Atmosphere and service is off the charts in my book. Too bad opening day is a one time thing only =p Honestly I was having a crisis on what to order because not only they have a huge selection of food, they all seem super good, definitely more trips to come to try them all! Ordered Curry Laksa. Honestly a bit of a wait but it was almost a full house on opening day so it's perfectly reasonable. When the food arrives ofc the presentation looks good me~ But the freshness, I can't stress this enough, everything, I repeat, everything was fresh and scrumptious! From the hearty aubergine and long beans, to the chunky prawns and chicken. The broth is light and creamy, and the noodles are chunky too! What surprised me the most is the portion. They were so generous it took me quite a bit to finish the bowl. Luckily I didn't order other items to accompany the dish xD I'm not surprised you could even share the dish and maybe order some appetizers to your heart's desires. Would I recommend? Why...
