i ordered 1 latte with extra shot, I've been waiting for like 20 mins, its fine because its busy. out of sudden, i saw one of the staff wearing tudung and spectacles, pressing something on the screen and my order number 174 went missing from the screen. i go and ask her, what happened to my order, but she said, its here. i mean like, do i know my order is still there?? i asked her, how long, because they serve 175 first. she showed her annoyed face to me then she took the docket and pass to someone to make the latte. after the latte is ready, she leave it at the counter without calling me or anything, i was literally there. i knew she had problem with me, just because i asked how long for my latte. she just literally leave the latte there and wont pass it to me that time. then one of her colleague was shouting other number, then she told her friends, just leave it, don't call the number. i mean, what is wrong with this girl? how can a McDonald's hire a toxic person? if she cant handle the pressure or even smile to the customer, don't work in F&B. McDonald's suppose to be a fun place, but because of this kind of staff, it will make you all look bad. once i tasted the latte, its not with extra shot, i knew it because I'm a heavy coffee drinker and i love to buy a coffee from you guys. I'm okay about the latte actually, its just the girl who ruined my experience with McDonald's. Please take a look into this matter, it really messed up my experience...
Read moreFirst and for most I had been going to Macdonald Taman Melati for more than 15 years. And it started with the Mac Cafe was there, and there were this barista who make the MOST DELICIOUS ICED MOCHA MACDONALD EVER, because i tasted it all over selangor, and Kl, and In other country, And yet MACDONALD AT PETRONAS TAMAN MELATI had the BEST taste ever. So i ask the barista, how come it taste different, when you were all under the same company which is Macdonald. He answered, “We had different manual and measurements so that’s why it’s different”. Because of that everytime if i want ICED MOCHA, the only place i will go is Macdonald Petronas Taman Melati.
I also remembered the barista feel so happy that someone literally requested him to get the same taste so he always give me extra cream and sometimes caramel or chocolate, he appreciate it so much. But now he wasn’t here anymore but the TASTE WERE STILL HERE AT MACDONALD TAMAN MELATI, as if he was here all along😫🥰.
The customer service have more room of improvement and also maybe please give the customer some privacy, i mean is up ti them if they want to buy from the apps on the phone or manually or using the machine. Because sometimes we just dont have the data, and maybe trying to save some batt-life and also maybe so hungry that they just cant care less about deals or promotions and etc. So please give them...
Read moreWith reference to our purchase this evening for 9 pieces of ayam goreng at the nearest McD (opposite KL East Mall), specifically requested for no wings on repeat with the front desk employee (Ms. Dewi Nor as it was displayed on the name tag). This request was consulted with her subordinates at the time of order. Hence, it was made sure upon a group impromptu discussion that it needs to be communicated at the time of packaging.
Upon collection, the front desk employee told us that she had personally avoided the wing pieces and only gave us the other common pieces etc.....
Upon reaching home with eager, we opened the box, only to find the package comprising of 2 wing pieces and 7 of which being drumsticks, with no other pieces such as keel, breast or thigh pieces at all.
We were utterly disappointed, confused and shocked as to why this was the case. Clearly a blind lie fabricated by the front desk employee or the team had resulted in this, unfortunately.
We wish and hope that McDonald's offers a compensation for such an inconvenience on their side or at the very least, reprimand their staff regarding customer care.
This purchase event was supposed to have been celebrated eve of an auspicious community cultural event tomorrow.
