A girl with a boy’s haircut has a very bad attitude. I ordered a fresh squeezed lemonade. Before I made my payment, I just wanted to recheck whether the price was RM 2.99, as what was stated on the menu and I asked to reconfirm with her. She nodded and said yes. After I had done my payment, she just turned around and told the one beside her “giamsiap” which meant stingy in cantonese :) Excuse me? Was there any wrong on me if I paid according to the price list? Please make sure your workers are well-trained and not giving these kind of extremely bad service. While the prices are affordable as usual with Mixue, the service leaves much to be desired. When taking orders, do inform your customers if your boba is not ready - don’t take their orders then make them wait without any information. Be proactive and let them know in advance if the order is going to take over 20 minutes to be prepared as not everyone wants to wait that long for just a cup of boba milk tea.

Worst mixue. I’ve always bring my daughter to get their ice cream in a cup, because it’s for child, i always request other shop to just give us a half cup of ice cream without the syrup but this is the only branch doesn’t allow that.

The staff told me that strictly no customised order and they even put up a sign for that said no customised product allowed. So what now? Even if i order a drink i cannot choose to add boba because it’s customised? I even told the staff that I’m willing to pay for the full price of the sundae cup just without the syrup and only need half a cup of the ice cream but they still...
