I sat there for over 10 minute and no food on my table. Reason why because of the staff actually doesnt want to take my order. Which i dont know why. They even show me a dissatisfied face to me when i calling them boss order. But it was no good to them i guess. Is it because i am chinese so i dont entitled to enjoy my indian crusine there in a bloody mamak!? To everyone that actually gave them a 3stars and above rating. Please rethink again and don’t mislead other future customer. The service are horrible because there wasn’t a service to begin with. The food might be nice but with such expensive price compare to others mamak and yet the service are nowhere to been seen. Or was it because they thought that i do not have the money to pay for the food!? Please do enlighten me why!!!!! There isn’t a system by the employer to the employee! Non of them are well trained by the employees. Im here to pay for the food and not to see your employee horrific attitude towards ME...

If you in love being alone with no one bothering you. This restaurant would be a perfect place for introvert like most of us. I am able to sit at the middle of the attention but no one will bother to come over to take order, its something i like. I sat nearly 20minute without anyone bother to come over to take order. And then when i finally decided what i had in mind to eat. I call someone over. You have to know introvert like us hardly make any sound or voices to get the attention of them. So i only raise my had politely hopefully people notice. Yes many notice me include other customer but funny most of them who serves saw me but act like nothing happen and some even told me to wait. This is a mamak joint located within Publika. There are other outlets as well but I always frequent this one.

It offers fast service and friendly staff. Courteous. But sometimes, it is hard to communicate because some of the staff are foreigners. Still, that wont affect their eagerness to serve.

The set up is a coffee shop kind of set up, comfortablle with free wifi service. I think most mamak joints offer free wifi service nowadays to attract young crowd.

Foods are tasty and nice. The fried rice here is good. The naan, roti canai, crispy thosey.

And do not forget to try their indomie goreng mixed with burger patties. What a splendid idea.
