Nasi Kandar Mamak Cafe — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

The food is good,the place is quite nice and decent, but that most I hate about this place is their service, especially the waitress,maybe they think they give for free food,not friendly customers, only will attend groups if diners, if you go single there,they will ignore you,sometimes I doubt is the boss is owners or they are,behave like they own that restaurants, even we spend rm1,it's own money so treat all equally, there tea master,think he big body,people will scared if he look one kind,,so changes your attitude,give respect take respect,if the owner of this restaurants seen this,do teach your worker how to treat customers, you should see what they do...

When it was newly opened the restaurant service and food was awesome it became my fav and I used to bring my friends and family members but now they can't even make Maggi sup fresh whenever I go I ask them to make fresh Maggi but they just give old boiled Maggi and heat the water today I asked them again for fresh Maggi explained properly but again they heat the old Maggi and come I complained again to make fresh as I asked but unfortunately they heat the same Maggi and gave me back, after noticing for some time I saw they just heat food for people and give they don't make...

I came here a few times. Food is ok, like usual mamak restaurants. Some waiters are friendly & attentive, some very cross face and try not to see you when you wave your hand. A few things I eat here are quite nice. Once I saw they packed badly burnt thosai's for someone's tapau and also another person via Grab food. Not good leh do like this, the person received it sure disappointed. The person who makes thosai & the person packing food keeps laughing all the away. No concentration on work and end up giving people...
