Highly Disappointed with Billing Issues and Unprofessional Behavior of the Owner. I cannot recommend Pak Punjab Restaurant to anyone

My recent experience at Pak Punjab Restaurant left me extremely dissatisfied and disheartened. Despite the food being satisfactory, I encountered serious issues with the billing process and experienced unprofessional behavior from the owner himself.

To start with, the restaurant initially overcharged me on the bill. This raised concerns about the establishment's integrity and their attention to detail in accurately pricing their items. Furthermore, when I requested a copy of the bill, they refused to provide one, which only heightened my suspicion.

After further scrutinizing the prices on my own, I discovered that the restaurant had indeed added additional charges to the actual price of the food items. Feeling justified in my inquiry, I confronted the owner about the discrepancy. Instead of offering an apology or attempting to rectify the situation, the owner responded with offensive and derogatory language. It was shocking to witness such inappropriate behavior from someone who should know better, especially as the owner of the establishment.

The owner's lack of professionalism and illiterate manner of communicating with customers was truly disappointing. Engaging in offensive language and insinuating that I was making fun of the situation demonstrated a complete lack of respect for customers and their concerns. It is absolutely unacceptable for an owner to treat patrons in such a deplorable manner.

Unfortunately, due to these billing issues and the owner's highly unprofessional behavior, I cannot recommend Pak Punjab Restaurant to anyone. The presence of such conduct from the restaurant's owner is indicative of a deeply problematic management style, which can only lead to further issues within the establishment.

As a customer, I had hoped for a pleasant dining experience, but was met with a lack of integrity, unprofessionalism, and offensive language from the owner. I am deeply disappointed and would strongly advise against dining at Pak Punjab Restaurant.

It is my sincere hope that the management of Pak Punjab Restaurant takes this feedback seriously and promptly addresses these alarming issues. Customer satisfaction should always be a top priority, and it is imperative to ensure that patrons are treated with respect and professionalism.

In conclusion, despite the food being average, the billing issues and unprofessional behavior of the owner overshadow any positive aspects of Pak Punjab Restaurant. I would strongly advise potential diners to seek out an alternative dining establishment where they can be assured of a...

Review of Pak Punjab Desi Kitchen – A Must-Visit Pakistani Buffet in Kuala Lumpur

If you're looking for an authentic Pakistani dining experience in Kuala Lumpur, Pak Punjab Desi Kitchen in Chow Kit is the place to be. We recently had the opportunity to enjoy their Iftar buffet, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience.

Ambiance & Service

The restaurant offers a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for family gatherings or group iftar dinners. The staff was friendly, attentive, and ensured that everything was well-organized for a smooth dining experience.

The Buffet Spread

The iftar buffet was truly impressive, featuring a wide variety of traditional Pakistani dishes. Some of the highlights included:

Mutton Steam – A beautifully cooked, tender, and flavorful dish that simply melted in the mouth.

Rice – Perfectly cooked and paired well with the mutton.

Mutton Kebabs – Juicy and packed with traditional spices, adding a rich flavor to the meal.

Fruits & Desserts – A good selection of fresh fruits and traditional sweets.

One of the best surprises was their special drink—a refreshing mint margarita-style water, which was incredibly cool and flavorful, making it a perfect complement to the rich dishes.

Final Verdict

Pak Punjab Desi Kitchen stands out for its authentic flavors, excellent buffet selection, and top-notch service. If you're in Kuala Lumpur and craving a true desi experience, this place is a must-visit, especially during Ramadan for their fantastic iftar buffet. Highly...

I had good experience at the Pak Punjab near Jalan Ipoh - that was a go to place. But at the Quill City Mall, just don't go there. The plate and utensils, was not cleaned properly. Can smell, whatever have been serve in there before - disgusting. The service was long, my husband Mango Lassi (petik buah manga agaknya) came first after god knows how long than our food arrive long after that and like 30 min later after we are about to finish our meal my drink came (lagi jauh agaknya pokok pisang dia). There was literally just two tables occupied. The food was horrendous, my husband ordered lamb - lamb was boleh la the rice is very bland. Like meh. I ordered what was like chicken tandoori but wasn't. And it was just pure heat, like no spice, no flavour. And the white sauce, which I assume is suppose to taste refreshing and minty was just diluted! The chicken. I couldn't even finish it (pedas nak mampus). And due to that I ordered just ice water (you might assume they get it right). What arrive at the table. Water with white particles floating in the water 🤢 banyak pulak tu. There was a little volcano forming on the bottom of my glass when I took the picture. What kind of food service is this. Just don't go there. Note: it was my birthday and the food was suppose to be a treat for myself but nope.
