To be honest The FOOD & SERVICES doesn’t even qualify for even a single STAR ⭐️ . First of all the employee attitudes was really bad which i dont even know how in the first place they can get hired by this restaurant / cafe . We were there (4 of us) for iftar yesterday and we ordered the food around 7 pm . There are only 5 food in total that we had ordered and 4 MINERAL WATER . I REAPEAT MINERAL WATER . As everyone know Muslim do need to break the fast around 7:24 like that. It all started when 1-2 the food had arrived to our table when it ady past the berbuka puasa time . So one of my friend did went to the counter where they basically prepared for the food to ASK for the MINERAL WATER since we were waiting there patiently for our water .And it go on and on until the 3rd time my friend goes to the counter there. which all we get was OK then nothing basically done by them. Then after that my friend try to approach one lady which was working there to ask for a water then just the same and get IGNORED .Then i was so angry since we ady wait nearly 20 + minutes after berbuka time (7:45) . This is the last straw for me and I just say it in high tone this time ,then after a few minutes after that only they serve us the plain water .. which we order a mineral water and we refused to pay for it since we never opened it or drink it since we ady got the plain water after 45 minutes BEGGING for it .Well put that aside.. There you go for the FOOD In simple English i would totally not recommended people to comes here to eat the heavy meal like the pasta and burger. The pasta that we order was buttermilk chicken and pesto .. guess what the pasta was really lack of flavour since it only taste like milk with salt and only a few pieces of small chicken . For the Pesto pleaseee i warnn u guyss .. it just taste like oil and just a little punch of pesto paste .. i would rate it -100/10 . Since i tasted wayy much better pesto in other restaurant. For the pizza just not worth it . Bassically u can just buy tortilla put tomato sauce on it and just put a cheese and bake it I SWEAR IT WOULD TASTE MUCH BETTER . since we barely can taste the tomato sauce on it and we were hoping for pizza dough not a TORTILLA. And lastly the burger my friend ordered was cheeseburger and ayam berempah . The bun was so hard and not fluffy at all and the chicken was so dry and hard to chew and not worth the price . The burger stall next to the road taste much better i swear. IN CONCLUSION WE DONT EVEN FINISH OUR FOOD AFTER SPENDING NEARLY RM 200 . I wouldn’t mind if the price is slightly higher if the food was great but this time around the price wise totally not worth it and the ATTITUDE.

My wife had wanted to have our lunch at Ben's General Food Store, where we were supposed to meet with a business associates. She had been there before and had taken a fancy to the Margherita Pizza served there. But upon enquiring about the same pizza, we were told by the waiter that they dont serve it anymore, but it is still available "upstairs"... Well, luckily we do have a plan B...What the waiter had referred to was actually another restaurant on the next level, which also belonged to the BIG Group of Companies..It is called the "Plan B"...So, that's how we got here... Plan B is obviously more posh in its decor, and more luxarious in its servings. Having arrived there quite early, we had an ample choice on our seating location, so we chose a nice and comfortable circular corner table for our party of 4. Our business associate arrived not long after that, and we immediately placed our orders. Somehow, my wife had totally forgotten about the Margherita Pizza, and requested for the Spicy Quarter Chicken with Rice instead!! I just kept my peace, and asked for the "Nasi Ayam but Not Simply Nasi Ayam", whatever that means... Gary was more adventurous, and trying to sound more sophisticated, uttered out "Huevos Rancheros", which was just a fancy spanish name for Corn Fritters!! Daniel arrived about 30 minutes later, and didnt want to miss the party either. He cleverly pointed out the Sichuan Lamb Ribs, which looked so exquisite, I should have ordered it for myself had I known about it earlier. Well, credit to Plan B, their menu is so huge that we didnt have enough patience to read the whole pages!! Well, now I know what to ask for next time...

Plan B used to be decent 10-15 years ago but food quality and service has REALLY deteriorated over the years. First time we visited in recent times, we ordered the grilled cheese sandwich which costs RM33 before taxes and service charge. They claim on the menu that they put raclette, red cheddar, and gruyere cheese on both slices of bread, but really it looked like a miserable toastie under the kids' menu. There was hardly any cheese in there, in fact it looked like it could have passed off just as buttered toast. However the manager then was very apologetic and offered an exchange, so we decided to let it go (p/s the sandwich that they exchanged for us looked exactly the same, so I suppose this is just their recipe - in which case I would strongly advise against ordering it). Today we ordered the whole shebang (their version of big breakfast that costs rm45 before taxes and service charge). I told the manager on duty that the avocado on my platter was not ripe. I could barely cut the avocado through with my knife, and the avocado clearly tasted unripe. The manager this round (p/s it was different from the last round) came back to me and said "this is how we serve our avocados, and all of our avocados are the same". Excuse me?? This is not the first time I am eating avocados, nor is it the first time I am having avocados at Plan B, so to hear this sort of defensiveness really drove me up the wall. Conclusion: Not returning for sure. Have given Plan B enough chances but my hard-earned $$$ is better spent elsewhere.

Good Pizza, Terrible Service

I recently visited Plan B Publika and was thoroughly disappointed with the service, despite the pizza being quite nice. I ordered a pizza without any drinks, as I had just had a drink earlier and didn't feel the need for another. When I mentioned this to the waiter, he gave me a condescending look, as if I couldn't afford the drinks there. This was incredibly off-putting.

The wait time for the pizza was also rather long, which was surprising given that the place was practically empty. While waiting, another staff member approached my table and asked if I had ordered yet, making me feel unwelcome, as if I was just occupying their table without any intention of ordering.

The final straw was when the waitress brought the pizza over. I noticed another family who wanted to dine in but received no attention or service from the staff. They eventually decided to leave, and I overheard a waitress telling the cashier that the family "wasn't hungry" and made a snide comment about "just like the ones in front of us, not thirsty," clearly referring to me.

To top it off, as soon as I finished eating, the waiter promptly collected my plates, giving the impression that I was being rushed to pay and leave as quickly as possible. This made the experience even more unpleasant.

It's really a shame that this place serves good pizzas, but the customer service is horrendous. The staff's attitude, lack of professionalism, and double standards ruined what could have been an enjoyable dining experience. Unfortunately, this place doesn't even...
