i can’t believe that i’m about to write this terrible review because i initially visited this cafe due to its great google review, but here we are.

was utterly disappointed when i came by….firstly, the cats. sounds ridiculous but it’s a cat cafe, the cats are the MAIN attraction. the cats aren’t friendly, bit me for petting it gently, and they weren’t even roaming around, just staying in place, being lazy Lmao. (the cat photo was the one and only time the cat roamed around, still unfriendly though)

next, the food. Gosh….the iced chocolate is so disappointing it got me wondering how’d you screw up a simple iced chocolate 😭 tiramisu is soggy and portion is so terribly small for the price. and the biscoff banana croffle, 9/10 was good but there’s another story abt this.

The first time i ask about the croffle (because it was taking too long) to the cashier who took my order, he said that the kitchen is making it, fine. the second time i ask about the croffle to another guy, he said that they are actually out of biscoff, and said that i can either exchange or refund, so fine, i wanted a refund. since we have been waiting for quite some time. then when i came back from my table to take my phone for a refund, here comes the lady manager, who is nice, thankyou. she told me that they were actually out of banana and they can change it to strawberry instead. so now it got me wondering la earlier you said tengah buat kat kitchen, suddenly you’re out of stock this and that. haiyo

ambience was not bad, a gorgeous cafe indeed.

overall, wasn’t exactly a pleasant experience. considering this is my first time going to a cat cafe, i didn’t even have that high of an expectation but still somehow got disappointed. hope the cafe take my opinion with a grain of salt to...
