I ordered a teh tarik, before forgeting, I told the server iced. then he suddenly became angry & said teh tarik only got hot 1, no ice, if want ice it's teh ice. fine, I said change to teh ice. then he became even angry & said can't change can't cancel, & even told me he'll put ice into the hot teh tarik.

given that would cause an increase in price, of course I said no & insisted on changing, which he refused. I asked him why, he can't answer & continue to angrily say can't change can't cancel (what kind of restaurant is this??). I continue to ask for a change & why can't change. in the end, he angrily brought me a cup of what I thought to be hot teh tarik + ice since he didn't say anything. & I didn't drink it of course thinking it's not teh ice plus his terrible attitude cuz I wanted to cancel it by that time.

upon paying at the counter & telling the cashier to cancel the drink, he said it's teh ice, I was like why the server didn't tell me & why was he angry while working?? the cashier can't answer. I was like nvm & paid instead of making it difficult for the cashier.

I used to be their regular and this is my first visit after years. Sadly to find that their quality had dropped drastically.

Told the waiter chicken thigh for my meal, for TWICE, highlighted AGAIN after order done, but its ok if they are able to communicate. However, I believe they're straight from India (im not being racist but just pointing out that they dont even care to have someone understand what their customer wants), can't communicate and two of them (those taking orders) even fight in front of me when im complaining for my wrong order (can you imagine them shouting with each other infront me during my complaint?), I was so pissed and just accepted the wrong order. Quickly finish the food and leave this cursed restaurant.

came here with my friend after finishing our revision at Ocha since it’s nearby. When we went upstairs, one of the waiters came up and said, “Bawah banyak tempat ni, duduk atas,” in a really rude and disrespectful tone. Bro, if you don’t want customers to sit upstairs, then just put a sign or block the stairs — simple as that. Why you think we work here? We know you don’t want us to sit upstairs? Honestly, their service has always been bad. When other customers went upstairs, the waiters didn’t say anything — so why only us? Is it because we’re students? Ever since the mamak across the road at Danau Kota opened, we rarely come here anymore because their attitude is way better.
