Akak is quite friendly. The price of the drinks and food are quite affordable. I love their air limau suam. Total we ordered three glasses. We tasted their roti canai, tosai and roti telur. We love their tosai. But too bad closed very early due to stock out. Their roti telur moderate in taste but quite crispy. Anyhow, we can’t taste the fragrant of the roti canai. Then roti telur become tasteless after add on the telur. 😅 Their curry and fried chicken moderate in taste. No fragrant on the chicken but curry still acceptable. If for fill in stomach, you may come here. But if for delicious and tasty, maybe you won’t come for second time.

Very good Mamak food. Quality food served here. I always order their roti bomb for my sweet tooth and supper cravings. Crispy, not too sweet with kaya, not sugar, dhal cooked with lots of ingredients, and very very good curry ikan. Its a gem in Segambut area, do drop by after drinking sessions in Solaris, cures the right cravings! Teh C is done the right way

Been patronising this restaurant for years. Favourite dishes include kari kambing, sotong kunyit, and ikan bawal sweet & sour. Roti canai garing made to order is a must have, and teh ais kao. Come around noon for freshly fried vadei.

Ayam kurma is nice. DON'T order mee rebus!!!? Price is good.

10 March 2022 update: Ordered 3 ikan Keli, RM5.00 taugeh, kuah Kari ikan, terung sambal @RM27.80.

I asked the lady what's with the RM0.80...she said SST!! I didnt notice the SST sign board nor was I given the receipt. So, do ask for a receipt and make sure the SST charged is included in your receipt.

Jan 2023: Revisited this restaurant twice this month and food sold during lunch is fabulous. The ikan tenggiri is georgous. Terung sambal to die for. Was lucky enough to enjoy freshly packed nasi lemak at 12 noon. Super sensational. They now have their SST info at the cashier counter. Must visit place for lunch but be there before 12 noon for freshly...

Used to be a nice eating place with reasonable food prices but now I would say the food prices are on the high side. If you are a regular you will notice the increase in prices for some items is quite unbelievable!
