We ordered Nasi Goreng Paprik Daging and Ayam. Unfortunately the dishes doesn't suit with our tastebuds as the Nasi Goreng is just a plain white rice with Kicap (Soy Sauce). There is no bawang or condiments. Just few strings of sayur. The paprik daging was so so; nothing special or delicious. We also ordered Tom Yam Campur which tasted salty and the seafood (prawn, clam and squid) doesn't looked or tasted fresh at all.
For squid, it was just a few of kepala sotong miniature size which moms always throw away whenever they cook and the prawn is only one, single piece in the entire mangkuk of Tom Yam with blackened head. The worst is the clam which i believed overcooked and doesn't look appetizing at all. Pieces of chicken inside were hard to chew and salty.
Somehow the Tom Yam soup smelled and tasted like they put perfume in it. Wonder what kind of Tom Yam paste it is.
We also ordered Telur Bungkus and it full with chopped tomatoes instead of pieces of chicken or beef. The taste also not that good and we couldn't find the chicken in it.
Overall, the foods were disappointing. Only the drinks were good. We ordered Thai Tea and Ice Milo and both were great. Just that they are quite sweet.
The only thing we appreciate is their service. It fast and very attentive to the customers.
Wondered if we ordered the "wrong" side of menu as most of the customers are eating plain white rice with Tom Yam. 🤣🤣
On the price side, with Nasi Goreng Paprik Daging+Nasi Goreng Paprik Ayam+Jug of Teh O Ais+Telur Bungkus+Lokcing 4 pieces+Milo Ais+Thai Tea+Telur Bungkus was a whopping RM75++ which we considered not worth it at all due to mediocre...

Cons: It can be crowded, especially on weekends. There are only a few toilets. The atmosphere can be uncomfortable, as it is not an open-air restaurant. It can be difficult to find parking. The staff barely speak English.
Sum: Overall, this restaurant is a good choice for anyone who loves to try authentic Thai food. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. However, it can be crowded and the atmosphere can be uncomfortable, especially on weekends. If you are driving a car, it might be hard to find a parking spot. The staff also barely speak English.
I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves to try authentic Thai food.
Their Kangsom (แกงส้ม), a sour and spicy soup made with vegetables and fish, is particularly good. It seems like they use Thai southern chili paste, which makes it even more delicious.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Thai-Southern Meal.
