Hotel Raja Bot — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

15/9/2022 - 16/9/2022 = Probably the worst ever experience I ever had. I checked in at 10pm, I left in 30mins, went out came back to room again at 3.30am and in hotel our room door, access card sensor was not detecting the card, called the staff they easily said “hey, battery finished you can’t open now, we don’t have technicians working at night. I was clueless and ofc mad, I asked if I had to sleep outside now they easily said no I will give another room. But all our things are in this room, and now we have to sleep with this attire for the night , how does it make sense ? He just had to keep silent. I said. I want the room to be opened somehow I’ll take my things and leave the hotel, bcs I didn’t wanted to stay there but guess what that also cannot. In the end ended up listening to him went to another room at 5am, they promised to get the issue done by 8.30am but 9am i called the reception to check, the receptionist was so rude to me "madam, u need to understand today is public holiday and no tech be available", like come on if public holiday not even one tech is working why are you running a freaking hotel? they didnt even compensate us neither apologised . Even if it is a budget hotel. WE PAID. be it RM50/60 we paid not that we stayed for free they can treat us like...

The worst of the worst experience ever... (Checked-in 10/04/2024) Do not expect nothting from this so-called "hotel" because it way more worse than its look.

From the start, the room was so stink once we opened the door...The Bedsheet, the blanket , the pillow smells so bad like they never washed it before so we had to cover the pillows with our own shirt when we slept because it is so unhygiene....

AND THE WORST PART OF ALL...we found a COCKROACH on our pillow as we tried to take a photo as evidence to show the staff but unfortunately it went down and hid under our bed...then we explained the situation to the front staff and requested to change the new room which was so USELESS because the staff "claimed' that the hotel was fully booked and nothing he can do AT ALL. The staff showed no responsiblity at all and claimed that he's the only staff in the hotel and had to stay at the door all the time.

The environment in front of hotel was so poor, so many trash and smell so bad. if you insist to stay this hotel please bring your own towel or find something to cover the pillow because there might be bedbugs or something you wouldn't expect.

That would be the first and the last time that I would set foot in Malaysia.....Great country with poor...

Wah I lost my pictures due to my broken memory card. So I can't show the pictures of the room which is I prepared well before. :(||So we booked triple bed. The rooms so clean. From my only one room pictures I have, you can see the cleanliness of the floor. |I forget about other details things, but the beds so nice, the AC working properly, the hair dryer built-in in the bathroom, clothes rack.|But the WiFi hard to connect. (Maybe I don't know how to)||The parking slot is limited, we need to register Everytime we come back to hotel. |The location is in quite small and thicc road. |I just imagine that this is feels like living in India. Many Indian food stall nearby. Also the grocery looks like in the market.||The location hotel so damn yummy, I just realized that from in front of hotel you can see both of KL Tower and Petrones Twin Tower in one frame. (Unfortunately, we book no windows, now I wonder if we can book the window room which is face the KL Tower and Twin Tower, and freaking out OMG looks the windows!! we have KL Tower and Petronas Twin Tower! yes we are crazy...
