Sae Ma Eul BBQ Menjalara — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

“Bad Attitude & Service, will not come back anymore.”

First of all we were having the adult buffet package.

Since is time limited, we waited our charcoal for the bbq about 20 mins even tho we have told the server everything was served. I’m sure the clock start counting down when the dishes is served.

After we requested to refill our side dishes one of the server was just taking away the dishes plate without refilling it until we realized why is it taking so long. For the refill onwards we just give up calling the server who have no correct attitude to serve and carry the dishes plate to the counter asking for refill.

Normally there’s always a reminder of last call before the time is up. As we just had our meat serve (raw), the server came up and say we only have 10mins left, if we’re over time they going to charge RM10.

Please improving checking on your guest giving enough time reminder ahead.

In a sense , how a meat it’s gonna be cooked and safe to eat within 10mins plus the charcoal is going very low heat as it burned ?! I question and asked. The server just laugh, like that’s my problem?! 💁🏻‍♀️DUH!!!! PLUS THE CHARCOAL WAS SERVE SOOOO LATE TAKING OUR TIME TO ENJOY.

Feels like I have to pay extra just because they forgot our charcoal?!!!!!!!!

We were having a good time until the cold water and attitude just pour down on our head. While paying the bills , it feels like I’m owning her so much money.

This branch is seriously not recommended at all!

With about the same price, the portion here is only half compared to the Mont Kiara branch! Yes it’s ONLY HALF the portion with the same price!

The staff here is not as friendly and helpful as compared to Mont Kiara branch. There were only 4 tables dining in at that time, including my table. We asked the staff if he can help us with the bbq, he replied us ‘no do it yourself’ with a non-friendly tone. He insists to stand a side playing his phone or stays at counter chit chat colleagues instead. But there is this friendly female staff offers to help. And she is the only one that helps all the other tables to cook too.

This male staff is so lazy and seriously spoil the reputation of the restaurant too. The staffs at Mont Kiara branch are ways more friendly and helpful, even when the restaurant is full house. And yet here?

Perhaps there’s a reason why Mont Kiara branch is always crowded with people even during weekdays and vice versa for this Desa Park branch.

Everything was suck,the food was suck,the service attitude was very problematic. We originally sat outside because the barbecue was too smoky, so we wanted change to the inside because there was a range hood in the seats, but the male waiter said no, his attitude was very bad.whatever what we ask for the waitre always say no and look like don’t want to serve us.The range hood suddenly fell down while we were having a barbecue. It was not our problem and the waiter gave us a glare. The lettuce was so dirty that we asked the waiter to wash it twice, but it was still very dirty. As a result, we were not in the mood to eat it afterwards. The waiter's attitude was very bad, and the food was average and dirty. I will never go back to this...
