i don’t know whether to laugh or cry at how bad this experience was. me and my friends ordered the 4 slices deal for rm36. each of us chose a flavor, and i picked the mango cheesecake. when we opened the box — i kid you not — my mango cheesecake slice was microscopic. like hello? did you slice it with a ruler set to “stingy mode”? my friends’ slices were proper, filling up the box nicely, but mine looked like it came from the kids’ menu or the corner scrap you’d normally throw away. and you charged rm9 for that?? unbelievable. i get that mango cheesecake has thinner layers than other cakes, but at least cut it properly like you actually care. i swear i could’ve baked a bigger and tastier mango cheesecake at home for that price. then the store pickup… oh god. we came to collect, my friend showed the order on her phone right away because duh, it’s an online-only deal. staff 1 looked like i was speaking another language and called staff 2, who also had no clue and called staff 3. staff 3? instead of helping, she casually went to the cashier to remove her apron like we weren’t even standing there, and then had the nerve to say, “the 4 slices deal has to be ordered online.” excuse me? we literally did order online. we were there to pick it up. do your staff even know what’s going on in your store?? and the cherry on top? staff 2 and 3 giggling and laughing like the whole thing was some comedy skit while we stood there looking like fools. we weren’t there to watch a sitcom, we were there to get our cake and get back to work. so let me get this straight — i wasted rm9 on a sad excuse of a cheesecake slice, wasted my time dealing with three clueless staff members, and also got laughed at while waiting. amazing. really top-tier customer service. seriously, if this is how you treat paying customers, i don’t know how you’re still...

I sat down at one of the table and 1 staff a girl came to me and said they are closed for dine in... It is a surprise because it was only 6.30pm and no notice was stated they closed... I was so very disappointed because this outlet was operated in The Intermark!!! Is The Intermark Management wasn't aware of this????? How could you closed as early as 6.30pm...
