Very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. Very poor unprofessional service if not terrible. Dishes were served one after another with big time gap between them when they were supposed to be served together as we were having family dinner sharing those. Then to my horror, the serving crews started to rushingly clear the table without asking and while i was still eating! Reasoning given was that they need to wash the plates!? and close to closing. Crazy. To put in context, restaurant closes at 10pm and when this happened it was 9:35pm. Yes i checked the time as i was shocked and struggling to finish my meals. Ruined the whole evening. CNY lunch experience for this year is so bad. Last year in 2023 was so much better and the service was smoother. Our experience this year was so bad on their service. We had to call the waiters a few times to get our table to be served. We need to remind them repeatedly that we are ready to be served! The food was so-so. It was better last year. The spring roll was cold bcs it was served last to us, the duck was dry and most of the food feels like it had been ready for some time and was not served immediately to us.
