0* and I regret coming to this place. The girl staff has really bad attitude. She literally ruined my Sunday dinner. I ordered Chicken Aglio Olio. And I received a fridge cold aglio olio. So i requested to warm it up and she with a very unhappy face and rolling eyes grabs the plates and put in the microwave. So I asked her if she can remove the fresh vegetables before putting the plate in the microwave as they will get saggy. and she got angry for no reason and aggressively bangs the plates on the table and she removes only the broccoli But she didnt remove the rest and when i asked her if she has removed all vegetables she responded yes ( tomato and olive) When she gave me the plates i saw some saggy cooked vegetables on top of my spaghetti and I asked did you remove the tomatoes and she responded: yes we removed them at the back kitchen!!!!! But the tomatoes were completely cooked and too hot that i couldn't even touch them lol so i again go to her and telling her that these are cooked vegetables and she got very angry and in an aggressive way says: you want me to change it?!! I had never seen such a behaviour specially from someone who is in fault. Instead of being sorry for providing such an unpleasant food to a customer, she was very angry at me for not accepting the bad food. My worst experience in Salad Atelier...

Ok before writing a review of this place, let me briefly explain my situation.

pretty busy week at work and I am tired. Just finished work and escaped from there. too lazy to feel like cooking. I feel like fresh vegetable and fruits than chunk of meat.

So, I found this place in the very corner of the intermark mall. I ordered their “monk bowl”. After I put an order, I quickly ran to bathroom which is 3 minutes walk away, and when I came back the food was ready.

There was chopped mango in the bowl and I ordered rice as a base. To be honest warm rice and cold mango did not match at all, so I need to separate mango in the corner of the bowl. And I can enjoy the rest together.

Other than mango, everything else was exactly what I wanted. This is an example of the fact that sometimes 5 stars meal is so easy to make.

Since I moved to Kuala Lumpur in August 2023, avocado in here never failed me. In the bowl also, I enjoyed their avocado very much. It matches with everything in the bowl. So I would definitely order this again when I feel tired after work.

After I finished the rice, I called back mango to join other ingredients together. And I liked that too. So maybe just an advice, if you want to try the “monk bowl” maybe don’t try rice as a base. So you could enjoy mango without any...

This salad establishment earns a moderate rating, showing a noticeable decline from its previous standards. While still maintaining acceptable quality, it fails to match its former excellence.

The current offering falls into the "satisfactory" category - neither particularly impressive nor disappointing. This represents a downward trend from what loyal customers had previously experienced and come to expect.

Staff members maintain a friendly approach despite the dip in food quality. Their pleasant service attitude remains a positive aspect of the experience.

However, the overall impression isn't compelling enough to warrant return visits. The combination of adequate but unremarkable food and the memory of better past experiences creates a sense that better options exist elsewhere.

For those seeking salad options at Intermark, this establishment provides a serviceable but uninspiring choice. The decline from previous standards, despite friendly service, makes it difficult to enthusiastically...

The quality of the salads and ingredients are good however the restaurant could be better managed: 1. Order process with paper is complicated. Once I accidentally ordered a sandwich instead of a salad. 2. They had run out of Roasted chicken by 2 pm. Why don’t you ensure you have prepared more in advance? 3. I checked the checkbox that I want to have my dressing mixed into my salad but the staff didn’t do that - they just poured it over. It’s a hassle having to try to mix it with fork and spoon. 4. The staff are lazy to clean up the tables although the restaurant was empty. The restaurant asks customers to clear away bowls and cutleries after they’re done but of course nobody does that in Malaysia so lots of tables were full with used bowls and cutleries.

Tested for lunch: Hand crafted Albacore Tuna with Quinoa salad. Verdict : rather ok lah and feels healthy but missing a little soul magic in terms of taste and service. The drinks come with metal straws for environmental reasons (I hope) but there's no way of knowing how well its been washed (they are notoriously difficult to clean normally) as it comes in the drink already... SA Management should consider the metal straws as optional and outside the drink. Top tips : fill in the form before you reach the cashier to save time. Make sure you get as many, and maybe extra, portions of sauce - especially with the bigger salads (the staff don't think to give you the allocated sauce cups if you don't specifically ask).

Please train your staff better. I have reconfirmed with them before them if any of the set options is in stock and they replied yes. I proceed to order the Greek Caesar Salad for RM29.9. However they didn’t inform me beforehand that the Greek white is out of stock and changed to cheesy frizz without giving me option to choose what to replace. When I questioned to them once I found out, no apologies given but told oh they have changed to that. I don’t make a fuss because maybe they are new. However I found this level of service subpar. I don’t think of coming back with the price point here.
