The services and food is extremely bad in my life. I went to the restaurant on national day with my family. When we order the dishes, the captain (manager) who took order dont give any good recommendations, but she told us that they were closing around 3pm (we were there around 2pm). We have ordered prawns, fish, vegetables, and chicken and taofu, 5 dishes. After we make ordered, all the food came to us less than 15mins. The prawns been served first, i like to comment here that the manager who served us stated that the prawn with or without skin are all the same, i ask her that the prawns with shell is available, she told me that just take the prawns without skin, without letting me to ask more details about details such as whether is it fresh, recommended cooking method, like she making decision for our order. The fish served so fast that the inner side still raw, The manager didnt feel sorry for that. And when 2 dishes been served to us ( 2.25pm, they ask us to paid the bills first because cashier closing now) Do you guys feel for your customers, ask customer to pay half way without letting us to enjoy a proper meal, what a service for such high class restaurant * no respectful! The vegetables are sour ( she says the mushrooms taste like that), the chicken... taste damn bad. The manager served like 1 man show, she said IS THE FOOD OK? And she just left after that didnt bother to listen to us i felt like she just DO HER JOB ONLY, at least listen to customer feedback PLS. My opinion to this restaurant is all i want is having a good meal with my family, but the way you guys serve to us, are damn damn bad, and the price and the value of the food are so huge different. I no need wasting my time to comment such a incredible long story about your food and your servicea, there are plenty of good restaurant out there !!! I really dissapointed, the standard drop so much compare to...

I recently had the experience of helping a friend at a wedding at a restaurant that, while offering delicious food, left much to be desired when it came to wedding preparation and flexibility. While the restaurant excelled in culinary offerings, their rigid approach to certain aspects of event preparation was quite frustrating.

They had a strict policy against using their chairs for purposes such as placing a printer for a photo booth. What made matters more frustrating was their refusal to provide alternative smaller tables for us to use in such scenarios. This inflexibility created unnecessary stress, particularly because these restrictions were communicated to us just hours before the wedding was set to begin. It seemed like an arbitrary rule, and I struggled to understand how using a chair for a photo booth printer would adversely affect them.

Moreover, it was apparent that the restaurant primarily provided only the basics when it came to event services. While one wouldn't expect a lavish array of extra services, a certain level of flexibility and accommodation should be expected when hosting a significant event like a wedding. Unfortunately, this restaurant fell short in that regard. Their unwillingness to adapt to the needs of the event and their insistence on maintaining strict policies hindered the overall experience.

If you're seeking a more accommodating and stress-free event planning experience, you may want to explore other options that are better equipped to meet your specific needs and provide a more flexible approach to event...

Better check with thier package, they can change menu 1.5 hours before!!!!!

I had booked tables one week in advance with a set menu published in FB and confirmed thats the menu starting 1 Jan 2024. However, 1.5 hours before our reservation, I received three calls:

The first call was a confirmation. The second call informed me of a menu change due to ingredient unavailability, but later assured me that the initially ordered menu would be followed. The third call stated they couldn't adhere to the new set menu and insisted on referring to a menu sent via WhatsApp.

Despite my initial excitement about the set menu, I was forced to proceed with whatever they offered for the two tables due to the last-minute changes. While the staff was apologetic on the phone, the disappointment continued when I arrived – the person in charge didn't bother to meet and discuss the situation.

We were left stranded, guests walked in without service, and it was only after addressing the Captain that our concerns were attended to. This experience left me deeply...

Nestled in Menjalara, Kepong KL, this big Chinese restaurant that consists of 2 floors is popular with those holding banquets and wedding dinners. Divided into a few huge dining and banquet halls, this premises is clean and well-maintained. Food was surprisingly good for restaurants that specialize in mass-cooked meals such as wedding banquets. Portions are big and prices are reasonable. Service is good and crews are attentive. There are also a few giant South American Arapaima fishes on their aquarium near the main entrance which I have never seen displayed in any restaurants in Malaysia. Parking is ample but can be congested on weekends and function nights. Overall, a good place to enjoy authentic Chinese food with family and friends. A thumbs up.

My second time here which both occasion are also for wedding dinner. Food served here taste great and delicate, not too sure on the package price per table but I think it is most probably at least RM2,000 and above for the set i'm having for. Parking space can be quite limited in the premises hence I park at the road side haha... Recommended for sure especially if you are looking to get a decent restaurant in hosting for your wedding dinner ;) *Latest update which is my 3rd time here, for a lunch in celebrating an association 88th anniversary, the room can accomodate up to 100 tables, food are all great ;) audio, stage and lighting setup are well executed too. It seems that they do cater for vegetarian as well as seen from our next table*

Pros : - huge ballroom style hall , can accommodate more than 80 tables if not mistaken . 50 tables for me will be perfect with great led and stage lightings . - staff services quite efficient. - food presentations also acceptable but can be better when cater to higher crowds . - have a special smoking area just outside of the ballroom. - very clean toilets. - cold air cond Cons : - limited parking space , do bring your umbrellas during rainy season . - food taste can better , especially the shark fin soup which for me is very poor . - far from the city centre , if u travel from south side of Klang valley expect huge traffic jam on the weekdays . Overall Foods : 6.5/10 Service : 9/10 Atmosphere: 8/10
