Starbucks - Hospital Kuala Lumpur — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

On Monday, 5/5/2025, around 11.45am, I decided to grab a quick lunch after an appointment with doctor. I didn’t catch the staff member’s name, but as I placed my order for a drink and meal, he kindly asked whether I wanted takeaway or to dine in. I told him I’d be dining in, and he informed me about their lunch offer starting at 12pm which was much cheaper than the regular price. He suggested I enjoy my meal first and make payment after 12pm to benefit from the offer.

He had no idea how much that simple gesture lifted my spirits after a gloomy morning meeting with doctor. He didn’t hesitate to share the promotion and went out of his way to help.

Apart from that, the customer service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly. He truly made me feel there are still people who love their job and genuinely care about others. If you happen to read this, I hope you stay healthy and happiness follows you...
