Starbucks Lotus's Kepong DT — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Great service and friendly staff!

I visited the Menjalara Lotus Starbucks today and used the Buy 1 Free 1 offer from Lazada. Although I wasn’t feeling very well that day, the staff really brightened my mood with their warm and friendly service.

Two older aunties in front of me were asking about Starbucks, and the cashier I didn’t catch her name, but she was wearing a headset and glasses patiently explained the cake selections and current offers to them. I was honestly surprised and impressed by how professional and kind the staff were.

Even when they made a small mistake with my beverage, the barista Shakira politely asked if it was okay or if I wanted to change it. They had such a positive attitude, not annoyed or reluctant at all. I actually felt it was fine.

Great job to the team it seems like the store is very well-managed. Also, the green tea was really nice and not too sweet, just the way I like it. Keep up...

Starbucks is probably the only if not one of the few premium coffee chains operating in Malaysia that has drive-thru outlets (even these are few in number), and this branch is one of them.

Located on the 1st floor of Tesco Village Kepong, it has a seating capacity of approximately 50 people at a time. The range of drinks and food sold are pretty much the same as anywhere else.

The store's design is an open walk-in concept without walls or doors but can make for a noisy sit-in experience. Many people walk by in close proximity as it's next to an escalator and on the same floor as the Tesco...

Starbucks management please restructure this outlet. 4 staffs working but none attend to customer. Your staffs allow the customer to stand at the counter without anyone taking orders. 2 staffs were in the room talking. 1 keep washing the blending machine. 1 should be in a break. Why bother to be a starbucks luxe member when tumbler discount is not allowed.!!! The guy named Shah got the cheek to say.... it's the management instruction!! You are just pushing your loyal customers away with such...
