Subway is always my go-to for a quick meal, and after filling up with petrol at the adjacent BHP station, I decided to pick up Subway for my lunch. It was the worst experience ever!
The restaurant was completely empty when I walked in, and the staff were all busy chatting in the kitchen area. One staff member came over to take my order, but he looked very sleepy and unkempt. None of the staff were wearing face masks.
The staff member who took my order wore plastic gloves, but he used the same gloves to key in the POS system and then proceeded to touch my sandwiches. The screen was filthy, which defeats the purpose of wearing gloves in the first place.
He also did not label the sandwiches and messed up the orders. I ordered an Italian B.M.T., but later discovered I had received a Chicken Teriyaki, which is cheaper. Not only was the cleanliness appalling, but the staff were also extremely rude. I will never set foot in this...

Just that next time if any order is received with defect, the manager advises to straight away return the item to change for new one.
