Deep in the heart of the Segambut area is this open air restaurant which is rather popular during peak lunch time. As the operating hours begin at 8am and end at 3pm, you could drop by for either brunch or an early lunch in order to be able to secure a place to sit.

While there is ample seating available, parking is also quite ample as well on the open area in front of the restaurant. There seems to be some houses next door where you could also park at. Just look at the way the other cars are parked and you will get the idea.

This quite expansive area is quite full of diners during peak hours. However, I was able to secure a seat for four when I visited there last.

The staples here are the bak out teh, make sure you order with the yu ciao as well as it always goes well with it. There is also a dry version of bak but teh as well, and its much more flavourful as the bak out the flavours are condensed into a thicker sauce. Some say that the regular bak but teh's soup is lighter in colour, and I do agree, but it doesn't mean it's any less in flavour.

Also order the green vegetables that's available for the day. Always very fresh and doused with some soya sauce and oyster sauce, topped with fried garlic - it's an explosion of flavours.

Prices are quite reasonable, and that's probably one of the reasons why it's so popular.

I would advise that you don't visit alone as portions are quite large, even for the...

Dried bak kut teh is awesome ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Recommended. For those who don't or cannot eat spicy meed to request to reduce the dried chilli input. Soup bak kut teh ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Average taste based on my taste bud. The lettuce taste is at the lighter side ⭐️⭐️
