looks cool on the outside but once you're a resident, everything are upside down. management tk pandai nk buat tmpt ni jadi lebih meriah. learn from M Vertica. they have mixue, family mart, tealive, pharmacy downstairs. while The Era?.. yes, exactly. I only went to 7e everyday because it's the only shop available. not to say about the garbage here. at every levels, the garbage room are near to lift. so mmg busuk laa kawasan lift tu. it was very unpleasant everytime i wanted to use the lift. also pls dont touch the lift button with your barehands. if not, try smell your hands. it smells sampah. so kindly wear hand sanitizer. the only good thing here are the security guards because they're always helpful. management if you're reading this, pls bijak sikit. bukan sekadar clock in, duduk atas kerusi and tgk pc then clock out back. add family mart, zus and tealive now. provide more restaurant that's not chinese stall because we had enough. make the era great. malu klau compare...

2. constantly electricity shuts down and there is no apology or clear explanation
3. not enough lifts so you need to wait quite some time to go up and down
4. swimming pool is pretty dirty and we came across food left overs and baby pampers around the pool soo we stopped using it as we don’t find it hygienic
5. can’t use the pool after 10 pm which is again a very weird rule
6. if you ride a bike, you don’t get a parking tag and getting in and out of the parking needs the security guard’s assistance which again is very annoying and not planned through
7. itv takes a couple of days to book the gaming room while people rarely use the gaming room and it’s often empty so if you have a free evening and like to enjoy the facilities, it’s...
