- Parking in the basement (free) is terrible. It is narrow and dead end with liquid leak from overhead. + Outdoor parking is available. Apparently promoted as pet-friendly place but only certain food and areas allow pets. Rarely see pets nowadays compared to last year or earlier. Outdoor area has kiosk stalls for food n drinks + places to sit, small pond w fishes (pity them in such small and short enclosure). This is where they have $$ weekend markets or events. Toilets are also narrow and so small! Sometimes don't have tissue and soap. + The divider has a vertical garden. Pleasant when windy.

The best part is the parking layout is a total failure. Those turning angle, direction, dead end design, amazing designer. Once u in dead end, there isn't enough space for a 3 points turn. Gosh... Driving a kancil or axia maybe still can survive inside.

THIS BRANCH IS NOT FOREIGNER FRIENDLY. Very racist and discriminative staff. Especially that Ms Pang. She looked at our documents told us what we need to go and provide her which we did only for her to waste our time in the end and say NO. Very rude and racist. The staff not only wasted our time but caused us stress by making us run around and bring documents which they didn’t even look at. We spent time and money on everything they asked us to bring only to be disrespectful and neglect our appeal for opening up an account. NOTE TO FOREIGNERS DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS BANK. RACISM IS NEXT LEVEL. This branch didn’t even look at the documents she made us run around for. Ms pang made us stressed and...
