Subway @ Lotus's Cheras — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Good food and environment, BUT this is my last visit to this subway outlet. Visit on 19/4/23 9.30 am. 1 staff is coughing heavily but without mask at the kitchen and another 1 staff feel disappointed on her cause my request just don’t toast with other beef serving with my food and she show frustration and unhappy face. Suddenly a small incident happen, a small cockroach have on the white table where their put the bread to put veg and it kill by the staff and just normal use tissue to clean it without sanitize the area. Wow that a franchise food training? Thank you to open near my house and I like subway breakfast but this outlet...

I suppose having bread or a sandwich for lunch is healthy but not necessarily filling. It is tasty though it may not be delicious. I come here to eat only if I am running out of time during lunch. In other words, if I'm really late for lunch.

There is not always a long queue. Even if there are three or four people before me, I can still grab my sandwich quite fast. Faster than fast food. ;) The staff here are friendly and prompt in their service.

The place is clean and neat. The price? I still think having sandwiches is not worth it. With the same price for a sandwich, I can get a decent plate of rice with two...

1 malay fat guy and 1 malay lady staff is not friendly and not welcoming at all . Everytime I walk in to the store , they always gave that “awkward face looks” . As a customer , of course we are a bit confusing on what kind of topping to add , what sauce do we need and so on . Overall , shop and ambience is very clean and tidy . Managers , please teach your frontliners on how to smile and greet customer ! To future customer , if u looks like cheapskate , please bare in mind that u might be experienced the same...
